Should have read the reviews before I went into this place today.
I walked in today and requested umbre nails. Pink and white nails that blend with sparkles. I showed him 2 pictures of what I liked. He told me that he could do it. After he already applied the white he told me that he didn’t have the sparkles that I requested. (Big shiny sparkles) he brought me a color with shear light sparkles (nothing like the pictures) AFTER HE SAID HE COULD DO IT!!!
He then showed me a different shade of pink with a lot of sparkles in it. I told him that I was ok with the pink he showed me, I just want it umbre where the colors blend.
When he was finishing up my nails they were not umbre they were white tips!
The two colors were not blended together AT ALL!!!. He then said I told you that we needed to do clear??? Blaming me!!! I said I wanted sparkles with pink and white umbre. I showed you 2 pictures and I was verbally clear on the request. It’s not my job to know the technique that you use!!! I’m only concerned with the final product!!!
I told him that I refuse to pay for this. The manager or whoever she was jumped up and said, sit down I got you. She then said that I didn’t listen to the other tech when he was telling me what he needed to do. First of all, she was not present at the time when I showed him the pictures and verbally told him the look I was trying to accomplish.
She then told me the only way to fix it was to take the nails off and start again. She then soaked my nails. Ok fine, if you can fix it I will let you fix them.
Once she took the nails off she got up and moved to another chair and began working on someone else. And didn’t say a word!!
I said, are you not going to fix my nails? She told me that she didn’t have time to fix them unless I wanted to wait for 2 hours. AFTER SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE COULD DO WHAT I REQUESTED !!
If you don’t know how to accomplish the technique that is requested you shouldn’t say yes I can do that!!! Then, tell me you are going to fix it and then take off my nails and send me on my way. After they told me they would fix it. Instead telling me she will fix it and then act like I’m the one who is wrong!!
I hope I help someone else by leaving his review for bad business. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I understand mistakes, but to completely disregard a customer as if it was my fault shows exactly what type of character this salon has. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I will be sure to post pictures of the photos I showed the tech and the final result before she took them off!!!
