Ashlyn Blount: Salon was very disorganized with boxes of stuff piled high in every corner, old outdated dirty equipment. My nail tech was a man that looked like he was a mechanic in his spare time- had grease stains on his hands, cuts all over them, and broken, dirty nails. Got a fill in and he left cured acrylic powder all over my cuticles, the design I asked him for looked so bad that I asked him to take it off and just paint them all one color. Then the color he painted them was lumpy and the matte top coat wasn’t matte and he had to go back over them with a different top coat. Only plus side is that they were very friendly.

Katrina: Needed something done quickly and not from the area. The service was great and greeted at the door. Decor is beautiful and there are plenty of colors to choose from. Arianna was my nail tech and shes amazing. I highly recommend this place

Short & Sweet: I am from out of town traveling on business and selected Hobby Nails because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. I called and made an appointment and they got me in as soon as I walked in the door. Van looked at the video I brought in and said, I can do that. He picked out all of the colors and went to work. I loved how he did one of my nails completely to make sure it was what I wanted BEFORE doing anything to my other nails. I loved how he my nails and I loved my experience at Hobby Nails. I will definitely be back multiple times while I am staying in Sarasota. If you are looking for a new place or if you are new in town and looking for a nail salon that is amazing. Look no further. BTW….the pictures do not do my nails justice. The color is absolutely beautiful in person. “Angel velvet chrome nails”.
