1 /5 Mariela Garcia: If I could give negative stars I would. When trying help a patient schedule an appointment I get yelled at and disrespected by a manager. Instead of compassion for a patient and eagerness to help all the manager did was shut every down. The manager is very rude and still thinks that someone trying to figure out solutions is a way of forcing someone to do something. I have never felt so disgusted towards an office and manager. I tried explaining that their was no need for her to be rude and even that made her yell at me even more. The lack of professionalism, but I can promise never to refer a patient of mine to their office ever again.

1 /5 Theresa Martel: I went to the doctors office to explain to them I could not make an appointment at this time due to I had been out of work a few months due to surgeries and couldn’t afford it because I had to meet my deductible and will remake an appointment when I save up the HSAFunds but explained the medication that the doctor placed me on was not working and needed a different medication for my asthma symptoms and I received a nasty call back from a woman named Deb from his office and it said since I quit his office (which was untrue) that he would not change my prescription. I called the office back to let them know I didn’t quit the drs office i just couldn’t afford a drs visit and she was very nasty to me and hung up on me so i am not able to change my Rx. Horrible customer support.

1 /5 James Rufo: DO NOT go to this place. First of all, people in the office are incompetent liars. I scheduled an appointment with this office under the the exact basis of the appointment being an annual physical. I’m a healthy 59 year old with no prior issues, but like to get a physical, once a year (with bloodwork), as my insurance company allows. I talked to the office MULTIPLE TIMES to verify that the appointment would be coded as a physical and even explained the reason why….to which they AGREED on EVERY account….including when I left the office, after the physical. The physical itself was a disaster. This doctor has completely lost it. He kept telling me I have all these issues using his outdated equipment and a nurse that must have been on her first day in the world of nursing. The place is simply a mess! Now they’re trying to submit the visit differently to the insurance company causing issues with Quest, who did the blood draw, because they were to incompetent to do it. Live and learn…don’t deal with someone that has reviews like this guy.

1 /5 Kristin Hall: Where do I begin. My grandpa was in the hospital with pneumonia and Dr. Loyd was his pulmonologist. After a week my grandpa was discharged from the hospital with Dr. Loyd saying his lungs were stable and clear but my grandpas cough never went away so we followed up with Dr. Loyd and I suggested that he may still have pneumonia and the Dr was adamant that the cough wasn’t from pneumonia before even listening to his lungs and even though he never had this cough before the pneumonia then said he never had pneumonia in the hospital even though he’s the one who told us the type of pneumonia he had. He performed some breathing test with inhalers and said my grandpa’s breathing test was good but diagnosed him with asthma which made no sense. They took a culture of his mucus to be tested for bacteria and the lab said the sample was inadequate so I called and asked for another lab order and that I would take another sample and the Dr said he was not going to do another test which I thought was strange now here’s we are a month later and my poor 81 year old grandpa is back in the hospital with pneumonia that he has WHILE in Dr. Loyds office but he was so quick to say it was anything but pneumonia and would not listen to us. No chest x ray, no check for bacteria. This Dr is completely incompetent. You should never leave and pulmonologists office with pneumonia while they insist that it’s everything but that. We will NEVER use this Dr again and I urge you to find another pulmonologist especially if you are elder with other health conditions and can’t afford to be misdiagnosed. I have never written a review but I felt I needed to warn others. Update my grandfather is now under hospice care and dying from the pneumonia that he left Dr. Loyds office with. Please be careful in choosing your physician. Update my grandpa passed Aug 26th 2023 from complications from pneumonia. The same pneumonia he had a month prior while sitting in this man’s office and they are STILL 7 months later trying to continue billing his insurance

1 /5 Linda Terrell: I was a patient in this practice for a couple of years. Dr. Lloyd himself is very knowledgeable and thorough, he takes his time and I think genuinely enjoys what he does. I would still be there were it not for his billing staff and Dr. Lloyds refusal to even discuss the matter. My insurance company contacted this biller, they sent letters to Dr. Lloyd informing him his balance billing was not allowed according to his contract, they tried reaching Dr. Lloyd directly by phone yet were unable to get past this biller. It was not a lot of money and had it been isolated it would not have become an issue. Having worked in a medical practice for many, many years I am very familiar with billing and insurance explanations of benefits. Dr. Lloyd was my primary physician yet she insisted on billing as a specialist (hello his name was on my card as Primary) this of course changed my copay from $5 to $40 and it was not just one time! I took my EOBs in she refused to even look at them and because Dr. Lloyd would not intervene I had no place to go except back to my insurance which this office totally ignored every point of contact from them. the nurse was very nice and pleasant as was his receptionist but they were not allowed to get involved (perhaps the biller was his wife or girlfriend) obviously she controls everything that goes on in that office. This B turned me over to a collection agency and I have taken the hit on my credit report because they have refused to remove this fraudulent billing from my credit report. Be very careful and pay attention to what this office bills for and wants you to pay for it very well may not be your responsibility. Time for me to move on and have not had a copay problem since Dr. Lloyds office.
