And I had a prescription that needed to be transferred from my old doctor. It took me five tries both calling and leaving written messages. Then the office staff member calls me and is very rude about it and she just says coldly the medicine was called in. Like she didn’t care at all. I will be transferring to a new doctor and hope the next one is better
