1 /5 Josh: If you want to get treated like absolute garbage, then this is the place for you. I had petrillos mechanics take a look at my car and they could not figure out the issue, which was absolutely fine. I ended up going to a master mechanic from a dealership and they told me what they think the probelm was with my vehicle. Luckily i had a warranty with the crankshaft with petrillos, he didnt like the fact that he had to do the work for free, because of the warranty. When they called me to pick up my car at petrillos, the older mechanic said my issue was fixed, but then the younger mechanic yelled and got upset and said we replaced the crankshaft like you asked for and thats it. Thirty seconds later after leaving petrillos the vehicle started having the same probelm. The fact that one of the mechanics lied straight to my face was upsetting. His coworker obviously got upset because he was spreading a false claim, which can be dangerous when a car is having issues in the middle of the road...... doesnt make it okay for us to get yelled at and pretty much feeling like we re not welcomed inside. We were just going by what the master mechanic told us, and dedcided to get our car fixed at petrillos because we had the warranty. Its not our fault that we were told false information. Theres no need to lie to a customer nor to get upset with us because your mechanic was to afraid to say, sorry but your car is still having the same issues. We never came back to this business. We ended up going to a mechanic in north port that figured out the issue immediately.
If you wants to get treated like garabage and also like being lied too, then Petrillos is the perfect place for you.
