The owner Adrian went above and beyond almost any mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past. He even helped my driver find a place to stay in the area during the breakdown. Very easy to communicate with. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Being that it was late in the day on a Friday, they went ABOVE & BEYOND to repair my issues and get me back on the road!!! They had such wonderful service, I had to call Adrian and thank him for being extremely fair and prompt in their service!!! I would also like to give special thanks & attention to Dayán. 5 /5 Harry Phillips: I contacted Empire on a Friday after 5pm with hopes of them working in a Full front & rear brake replacement so we could place our tow truck back in operation by Sunday. Adrian immediately arranged for parts to be picked up before that store closed at 6pm. Our truck was delivered to Empire around 7pm. I spoke and texted with the Mechanic Tom on several occassions Friday evening and Saturday afternoon authorizing work as reccommended and required. Settlled up with them Saturday around 5pm. Our truck was back in operation by 6pm. Adrian and Tom are professional and good commuicators. I consider Empire to be a Six Star Operation. These guys will have my business going forward.
