She is a perfectionist and her attention to detail and quality make a noticeable difference. After having gone to a "cosmetic dentist" for a crown for a chipped tooth and looking like Bugs Bunny I went to Dr. Phillips who replaced it with a perfect crown. Not only is she talented, she is also caring and her staff are tops.

5 /5 drrobinjkennedy: 5 star plus. Dr. Nancy Phillips is the best and very professional. Dr. Phillips takes the time to correct what is wrong and make it right. Her staff is very polite and pleasant. Her practice has a boutique like atmosphere and is very clean. I would certainly recommend her to any of my friends. Dr. Phillips corrected my many problems that had resulted from a previous "meat market" dentist that was forced by his staff to spend minimal time with me, was always rushed and consequently had a "it will do" attitude forced on him. This does not happen with Dr. Phillips. She will point out the problems and correct them until the problem is solved. That Dr. Phillips was raised in the mid west, shows. Her work is of very high quality.

Prime Care Dental Associates - Tallahassee Kathellyn frattiani: I tried making an appointment for my boyfriend who has a tooth infection, they made an appointment 1 month from when i called. the appointment was supposed to be tomorrow and they called me saying they have to reschedule for the next month because there’s “no dentist”?? Like how does a dental office have no dentist. Make it make sense.

I was going to wait until after treatment was complete to leave a review but I couldn’t help but review sooner. This office is absolutely amazing. The owners are genuine, compassionate, personable, kind, and great communicators. They have done a fabulous job with my daughter’s aligners and the whole family plans to use them for services.
