5 /5 Nicole Reiswig: My daughter started treatment about a year ago. I was going to wait until after treatment was complete to leave a review but I couldn’t help but review sooner. This office is absolutely amazing. The owners are genuine, compassionate, personable, kind, and great communicators. They have done a fabulous job with my daughter’s aligners and the whole family plans to use them for services. We’ve never had a negative interaction with anyone in their office. They are always on time, friendly, personable and funny. Truly a great organization and team. I am so glad we found them!

5 /5 Kacie Lindsey: We are so thankful for the experiences we have had at RO! From scheduling the appointments, communication in between, and the individualized experience once you walk in the door. They take the time to listen to concerns and explain things in a way that is easy to understand for both the parents and the children. I love that they allow parents to be as present as they wish, and make them a big part of the conversation. They have a bright, open, and welcoming atmosphere. They are so supportive of our family and our community.

5 /5 YoGirlKk_ Yuhh: Upon entering the office, I was immediately impressed by the facility’s ambiance. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly. Although I initially faced a few issues, they were promptly addressed by a team member who was always eager to make things right. In the end, everything was resolved satisfactorily. My daughter is thrilled with her braces and had no complaints about the professional who applied them. They explained everything to her in a friendly manner to ensure she understood the process and took the time to inform me as well. I’m confident we chose the right team. 5 /5 Ifayemi OyaWumi: OMG! I love this place the staff is amazing. It’s like One big family. I absolutely adore Cathy. Parker was super cool and helpful. If your thinking about getting braces this is definitely the place to come, you will not be disappointed at all
