5 /5 Shawn Weir: Moved to arcadia 2 yrs ago and had no idea where to find a good auto repair place. Asked a guy i spoke to in walmart and he said phils. Glad i talked to him. Been there 3 times now for different reasons. every time has been quik and cheaper than expected. Honest price good work. I recommend them to anyone who like me doesnt want to get burned.

5 /5 Eagle: I was travelling through the area on business with no time to spare and had a flat. I was able to get into their parking lot before my tire went completely flat. The staff dropped what they were doing and put my spare tire on getting me promptly back on my way. The mechanic even suggested he put the donut tire on the back where it wouldnt affect the ride as much. That was very thoughtful. There was also no charge for their service. Wow! Thank you

5 /5 Carol Shepherd: We took my grandsons truck into Phils. He needed new spark plugs and a ignition coil. He explained to use with this type truck ,the spark plugs could break off , which would cost more because of labor. He fixed it and called to let me know that not one spark plug broke and they were able to do it with only one hour labor. Ok , hears what im so appreciative of... he could of said that they broke and the labor was much longer, i would have been none the wiser. HONESTY GOES SUCH A LONG WAY !!!!! And because of that ,he will be recommended by me to everyone i know. Thank you guys for a HONEST great job.

5 /5 Linda Hanna: When you are away from home for an extended time, and you are female with car issues... It is a breath of fresh air to find honest people who will take a car, diagnose a problem, and repair it without charges for things that are unnecessary. I was fully expecting a total replacement of an air conditioning system, but it was only an inexpensive relay switch. I also had them check my brakes which they could have easily told me were needed, but instead informed me that I have several hundred miles left on them. The professionalism in which this establishment is run is something I have never experienced in auto repair, and I am thankful for their honesty and courtesy. 5 /5 Pamela Miller: Very polite and helpful with recommendations. Unfortunately they dont work on Chryslers. They do love them Ford and Chevy though.
