5 /5 Kesly Francois: I don’t even know where to start… Complete Auto Repair are absolutely the best, I mean LITERALLY THE BEST. The name (Complete Auto Repair) they really live by that name and here’s why. They are the best shop I’ve ever been to in Port Charlotte. Mr. Ron and his wonderful team are just behind the best. Their professional, their positive attitude is just WOWW. I’ve brought my Ford Explorer to them since around April and March, every time I had a problem with my vehicle, they the ones I brought it to and to where one day, they end up holding my SUV to do deep inspection and make sure every little problem it had can be resolved. Unfortunately, after days, weeks, months, of them working on the SUV. They found out I needed new parts, such as in Turbocharger w/ gasket, water pump etc. After they had purchased all the new parts for the SUV, it had come to my attention that it was probably the head gasket that was bad, but they weren’t too sure and THAT DID NOT stop them from trying and trying. After a little while, they found out it was also my head gasket that went bad. Mr. Ron and his crew did a lot of work for my Ford Explorer till this day I felt so bad because they had put all those parts into an engine thinking it would resolve all the issues the engine was giving them. After weeks passed by, they went online and kept trying to find me a new engine, which they did and after they received the engine, they removed all the new parts from the old engine to put in the new one. After all the headaches that the vehicle put them through, they still did their best to try getting it to run. This shop is just the best, they are very patient and will get the job done. I cannot name any other shops around this entire town that’s like them, that really cares about their customers just like Complete Auto Repair shop. I truly thank them with all my heart and want to let them know how awesome, amazing, fantastic a job every single one of them did. THANK YOU, MR. RON AND YOUR AMAZING TEAM.
