Christina Moreno: I went there once to get acrylic nails done. They were very poorly done. Unfortunately at the time I did not take pictures. I just dealt with it until I was ready to get a fill-in. It was about a year later that I went in again because I was a bit desperate for a last-minute eyebrow wax (my own fault). I specifically told the lady that I have been growing my eyebrows out for months so that I can get that nice arch. My eyebrows already have an arch. I just wanted them to look full and shaped up. She said she understood that I wanted the arch and started to apply wax. I immediately felt her put the wax on in a curved motion over the top of the eyebrow. I hoped that it was just in my head and she was gonna do the art on the bottom part. Nope. She made them completely curved and removed the arch that I’ve grown out for so long. To some women that’s not a big deal, but for women that do not have that type of arch naturally, it takes time to grow out. I was very disappointed and I haven’t been there since.
