1 /5 Natalee Robinson: So I’ve been going here for years. The last few visits just help me make my mind up about not being valued as a loyal regular customer. Well around my birthday I received services and had to return on 2 separate days after nails chipping and breaking so I went to let them fix it both times why? Bc Ive always been an understanding client. So after I decided to take a break from getting my nails done from Dec-Jan. fast forward to now (right before valentines day) I called ahead to schedule an appointment like always to get a full set and a pedicure that’s it. Well when I get there I was early and I was offered eyebrow wax which I never get when I come in to get my nails done. After the brows I was told they only had time to do a polish change on my feet. Which was not in my plans because I originally set an appointment to receive a pedicure so I expected to receive that service as well as the full set. So fast forward to cashing out. I was confused why I was still being charged full price for my feet when I received half ass service that I had to settle with in the first place.. if you scheduled an appointment for a pedicure that’s what services should be provided and charged. So no I do not feel valued as a customer for 5 plus years. I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere.
