AJ Springer Chris was terrible. Im wondering if I got him because of my skin color. Anyway mismatched nails and fill ins are just the base of nail. Super cheap and unheard of. Flimsy workmanship, lifting after 2nd day. Tried to charge me 55, I paid 25 by the time I saw them in the sunlight I realized I shouldnt have paid anything. Went to Atl to correct. Florida sucks when it comes to nails especially PJ and LV on Argyle Forest...smh. Dont believe any hype. Go elsewhere

Helen Owen Got a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure and from these folks right before an event - I was a walk - in and they saw me after a very brief wait. Lots of dun colors and special effects - I did a chrome manicure and got so many compliments!

Des Spinella This was my first time at Supreme Dollar Nails, and I will for sure be back! This team is so sweet and patient. They matched what I wanted so well, and I was very pleased with the outcome. This is hands down my favorite nail set yet. Thank you! :) Little update: My gel is already peeling, and its been less than a week. Maybe its because I wash my hands very frequently at work, but Im a little disappointed at how quickly everything is coming off. Especially considering the price I paid for them.

Amber They are lazy. I paid extra for massage, hotstones, and paraffin and I was rushed the whole way through by the older gentleman with glasses. I come to the salon partly to relax and I couldn’t even do that because they hurried through everything. I also paid to get my eyebrows done and she made no effort to shape them, only did clean up and not a good job at that either. Too much money for mediocre work. This is why I prefer to do my own grooming at home for free. Giving two stars only because he did a good job with the cut and polish on my pedicure.

Jazmyn Hinds Love this shop, beautifully styled, great location and a welcoming atmosphere. I tried a few different techs when I first started going, and they all do a pretty decent job. But for true 5 star work, I would recommend Natalie, Lily or Mencia, those women are definitely artists and really care about the health of your nails which I love. Special shout out to Natalie specifically, who is my faithful, every 2 week tech, no matter what I ask for she executes it flawlessly. Love her!

Sara Hearn I LOVE my nails!! I had two people working on them, unfortunately I do not remember names. The lady shaped mine PERFECTLY! And the man who took over after, painted them greater than my expectations and worked hard on them! I appreciate that so much. Will definitely return, and recommend.

JULIE SAFARIKOWA/SCHNEIDER RUN!! I was just charged 30 bucks for hands and another 30 for feet. JUST the polish 60 bucks. This place is a dump and theyre charging Ponte Vedra pricing. Tell your customers the pricing up front. Morally corrupt and over priced.

Niki Ortmann Had an absolutely wonderful time today. Nancy did my pedicure and worked extra hard on my calluses when I told her it was an area of concern. Beautiful salon with a lot of cool decor. Prices match the website. Will definitely be going back!

Brittany Manno Overcharged me for a gel polish change. Charged me for an extra coat I didn’t ask for. Use to be my favorite place. *photo of my $32 gel polish change that looks like a 3rd grader did. In response to the owner; no I didn’t ask for a third coat of anything. Your employee misunderstood and I got charged for it. And it was NOT a professional paint job as you can see from the photo.

Maggie Jensen San Marco Nail Spa is a great place to get your nails done in Jacksonville! The staff is friendly and professional, they always take care of me + my crew, and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure and the CHROME upgrade!!

Robin Simon My nails were so pretty for the whole first day. The second day my French tip polish started peeling off like stickers and I am not too happy about that. Not meaning to complain but just wanted to let you guys know that your gel nail polish chips very easily and I just spent $50 on my set.

Ciera Peters Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I got a mani pedi 3 days ago. Within 24 hours the gel on my left thumbs started peeling. I called to let them know I was coming to get it fixed, but that night the parking lot was completely packed and it was pouring rain, so I decided to leave and the peeling wasn’t that bad, so I’d be ok. But the next day two other nails on my other hand began peeling. It is now day three and I need another manicure.

Natalee Robinson So I’ve been going here for years. The last few visits just help me make my mind up about not being valued as a loyal regular customer. Well around my birthday I received services and had to return on 2 separate days after nails chipping and breaking so I went to let them fix it both times why? Bc Ive always been an understanding client. So after I decided to take a break from getting my nails done from Dec-Jan. fast forward to now (right before valentines day) I called ahead to schedule an appointment like always to get a full set and a pedicure that’s it. Well when I get there I was early and I was offered eyebrow wax which I never get when I come in to get my nails done. After the brows I was told they only had time to do a polish change on my feet. Which was not in my plans because I originally set an appointment to receive a pedicure so I expected to receive that service as well as the full set. So fast forward to cashing out. I was confused why I was still being charged full price for my feet when I received half ass service that I had to settle with in the first place.. if you scheduled an appointment for a pedicure that’s what services should be provided and charged. So no I do not feel valued as a customer for 5 plus years. I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere.

Bree Johnson This was the first time I got my nails done professionally and I loved this place! The man who did the base was quick and efficient, the lady who did the artwork was amazing, also, super quick! The salon had a very nice quite vibe and it was super clean! While I was there they were mopping and cleaning as they go. I would say the pricing is 100% fair (mine was $75, the blue ones were $55). The overall environment was great. Thank you!!

Cy Stamatis I discovered this spot when my boyfriend used to live in Bartram Park. I live 30 minutes away but still drive here because they are very consistent with good quality service. I tried the one across the road but I prefer this one because the workers here are quiet. I’m introverted and don’t enjoy small talk and this place is a good fit.

Will be going back in three weeks! Also I only paid 71$ for feet and nails when other places I pay that just for nails! Prices are also amazing

Savannah Odell I went there to get a pedicure with gel polish, and gel polish French tip on my normal nail. I was very satisfied with the results! My only tiny complaint is the $20 charge up for gel. Other places I’ve gone to is like $15 max.

Brooklyn McLeod This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!

Michelle I found Bartram Nails because of their reviews. This was the best pedicure experience I’ve had in a long time. From calling and making an appointment to the actual pedicure was 5 stars! The salon is very clean, in a great shopping center and has amazing customer service. I highly recommend.

Haley Shelar Best pedicure at the beaches! My experience has always been positive, but today takes the cake. I came in with my 9 month old for my first postpartum pedicure. We had made an appointment but did not tell the store I would have a baby carrier with me. When we got there, they almost immediately sat me in the very first pedicure chair, the one with the most room around it. They set up a chair and ottoman for my babies carrier to sit on so she was within arms of me and she could see me clearly. It meant more than they know! My heels were roughed up from walking on jagged rocks, and they are smooth as baby skin now! I chose gel polish with my pedicure and asked for ghost designs on my big toes. I absolutely love how they came out! Four days ago I had a negative experience at a different nail salon during a manicure, but I will be coming to Pablo when I’m ready for a fresh set! Amazing salon, tons of color choices, very clean, But they do not use individually wrapped tools. Would 10/10 recommend!
