1 /5 Reckless Rod: If I could 0 star I would. Left my truck here for a year as I waste referred to bring it here by a mutual friend to take care of a wiring issue. I asked updates every so often and everytime it’s the same response “we’re working to get it done” went to see it physical myself and it has not moved one spot and my whole engine bay was dusty and filthy not one hand print to show they worked on it and they just threw trash in the truck bed and as I opened the door I see a half smoked cigar on the carpet and an empty pill bottle in the glove compartment. They have no respect for peoples vehicles so I had enough and called a tow truck to remove it from the property come to find out my whole steering wheel not working either not only they didn’t work on it but they also manage to damage my truck. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Pathetic.

5 /5 Yves David: I have been taking my car to Pioneer for the past 15 years; I never had one bad service. Michel is a great mechanic and he takes excellent care of your vehicle! Compare to others around he’s inexpensive! Pioneer Autocare is simply the best in South Florida!

5 /5 Stone Whilby: I took my car in for a knocking noise in the engine. Michael informed me of the issue within a day or two of having the car. Between the time I took it in to get the diagnosis and the time I got my car back was only 3 days, very relieving considering that I’d wait a week just for the diagnosis at previous shops. He saved my engine in a timely manner and for a fair price. The knocking is gone and my car is running great. He looks out for his customers.

1 /5 Francisco Barba: My elderly friend offered to pay for my 2000 mercury grand marquis mechanical malfunction due to a misfire code in the third cylinder. A good friend of hers referred her to Pioneer as I am new to Boynton beach and so is my friend. I had taken the car to a previous mechanic who could not properly diagnose the mechanical error as the check engine light would still show up post their diagnostic. The owner Michael at Pioneer reassured it was the older spark plugs and coils that needed to be replaced and charged my elderly friend $900 for a service that would usually run no more than $600. The check engine light returned within a day and the misfire was still not fixed. I came to Michael the owner to see what can be done about it. He started implying that the car was in good condition as he drove it around prior to my picking up the car; suggesting I am responsible for whatever else is malfunctioning with the car. The only thing wrong was the same code and misfire with the third cylinder. His solution was to reverse the service he performed and issue a refund. Disregarding my time and leaving me with the current state of the car unfixed. As I got upset he then wanted me to leave the car behind for him to further examine. At that point I did not trust him and never returned. I went to Facebook Boynton beach residents page and found a highly rated mechanic @Corbins auto. His diagnosis was thorough and determined that the car needed a new engine bc the third cylinder compression gave out. I believe pioneer auto took advantage of my elderly friend who paid for a service that resulted in a waste of her money with an improper diagnostic. I rarely write a bad review. However, I find myself looking for a new car and out of the money that could have helped me putting it towards another used vehicle knowing the current car would cost more to fix than it was worth. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone.

5 /5 Mareisha Ward: I had an excellent experience at Pioneer! Michel and Nadson took great care of me and made sure my car was running perfectly. They were professional, honest, and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was being done. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable mechanics!
