1 /5 Aahana Bernard: Unreliable! I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I found the salon online and initially tried to call them. When my call was ringing, nobody picked up, but someone sent me a message from the other end. If you can send a message, why can’t you pick up the call??? Anyway, I responded back on the text message saying that I needed my nails done for Christmas, but I had a few questions since this was my very first time getting nails done. She said that she would call me back as soon as possible, but never got a callback. The next day, I sent her a message again trying to reach out one more time from my end. This time, no response to my message either. I’m surprised that people have left five star reviews while I had a completely opposite experience; where in, the business completely ignored me. This makes me genuinely question the reviews left. If you cannot service, the least you can do is let me know. I do not recommend this place. If you want to get your nails done for a special occasion, don’t rely on this saloon, as you might not get any service at all. Disappointed!
