Cheryl DCruz I went here after having terrible experiences at 3 other nail salons in town. I was very pleasantly surprised. The salon is small but clean. The women working there speak good English, they are from Thailand. Jib and Jan did excellent work. They didn’t rush and paid attention to detail. I love the cozy feeling of having a quiet quaint salon to go to. Will definitely go back!

June Reed Everyone should visit HAPPY at Nails by Kim! She is by far the happiest and joyful person to do your nails. The upside is I had mine done a few times now and I never have lifting or pealing and they last at least three weeks before I need a fill. The place is clean and relaxed. No overbooking appointments and making you wait an hour after your appointment time like most places I’ve tried in Sebastian. Ask for HAPPY !!! You won’t be disappointed. They are located across US1 from earlys.

Angie Webster I came while on vacation, my daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure. It was by far the best Ive ever had! And my feet needed a lot of attention. But a couple days later, I noticed the nail on my big toe was cracked right down the middle! I went back to have them do something to help me before we left for home. The lady who helped me went above and beyond and even added beautiful embellishments! All I expected was nail glue and an extra coat of polish! I highly recommend this salon!

Elizabeth Hea Kim and her staff were absolutely amazing, they treated my mom and i so well and made sure we left happy. Jason went through the trouble of fixing my broken nail in time for my cruise and Kim made sure to fix my moms nails from another salon. Before and after pictures shown below.

Bri Stopped in for a quick pedicure before my cruise, and this was by far the best pedicure I’ve had in a while—which says a lot coming from Atlanta! The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. The nail techs all spoke Spanish, which I didn’t mind at all as I only speak English. The experience was relaxing, the prices were surprisingly low, and the salon was a TOTAL VIBE! I would definitely recommend this place and will be back when I’m in town!

Red Babydoll AMAZING!! I had to go on a cruise and was trying to get my nails done before I went. Latin Nail & Spa fit me right in. I had no clue what I wanted done or even what to ask for. Everyone was so friendly, helped me pick my colors and help guide me with any questions I had. Niurka did a great job on my pedicure, he was gentle, friendly and I had a great time interacting with him. Nuvia did my full set and WOW she blew me away with her talent and experience!! Nuvia is a gem who takes such pride in her work. She is an artist and takes her time to make sure each customer is very happy. I walked out of her establishment feeling beautiful. This was the BEST time I have ever had at a salon and nail place. They made me feel so comfortable and treated me like family even though I walked in the doors as a stranger. I just got home from my cruise and my nails are still perfect and look like I just had them done! If you are looking for a salon and nail place THIS IS THE ONE!!

I reached out to Serenity Spa today and I must say that I received the best customer service I have had in a long time. This salon truly cares about its customers and will go above and beyond to assist you or recommend another establishment if necessary. Melby Beach She gave me a GREAT curly-hair haircut. It is so hard to find good curly hair stylists for a reasonable price who actually understand curly hair. Nice ambiance and the proprietor is lovely and welcoming. Goes out of her way to give you what you want. I had color done as well.

Truc Truong this place literally feels like home. my all time favorite nail salon. It doesn’t matter when I go I’m always greeted with a happy face. They offer deluxe and regular pedicures. they are both AMAZING I’ve never had a pedicure anywhere like I’ve had here. And let’s not to mention Danny and his amazing nail art. He takes his time but is still quick and efficient and they always last me 5+ weeks!! All in all the best nail salon in Melbourne!

Angela V I had micro blade done on my eyebrows. Bridgett never said my previous eyebrow tattoos were a concern because I had them done in 2008. While I was still there I said I was not happy with their shape . Bridgette made two adjustments but I still was not happy . She said she could do a touch up for additional money and to pay her cash for the touch up. An hour after I left I texted her that my eyebrows were too light and again she mentioned the touch up. As I said have had my eyebrows done before with someone else and had a great result with no touch up needed. No refund offered and no response to my concerns from Bridgett except to offer the touch up for additional money.

Susan Parker I was referred to Yolanda by a friend. I scheduled a facial with dermaplane, brow shaping and aroma hand treatment. I was a little nervous about the dermaplane but Yolanda was so gentle. It was evident that she is very experienced in her field and enjoys making others feel and look good. She is a genuinely sweet and caring person. The entire experience was fantastic. She massaged me from head to fingertips and I was so relaxed when I left. The hand treatment even relieved my arthritis. Yolandas she-shed spa setup is great. Its very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I really liked that its so private. I will definitely be going back.

DAYZE Owner is extremely rude and threatened me, harassed me though her business account & is racist towards white people. Called me Karen & Becky when i am Mexican. its crazy how a business owner can go and comment and harass me online then is trying to play victim by threatening me to call TDLR when this nail tech is using gel polish in a airbrush putting your health at risk. further more the gel polish work is messy & glue from the rhinestones are messy. not only that the nails are crooked & thick. the owner got upset because i pointed out that after she started the harassment on my page. now shes upset & cant do anything about it. threatening to sue me for exercising my 1st amendment. highly recommend avoiding this salon xoxo a LICENSED SEASONED NAIL TECHNICIAN

Junie I recently had my nails done by Petra, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Petra was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my preferences. The attention to detail during the manicure and nail art was impressive. Petra is truly skilled and meticulous, ensuring that every nail looked perfect. The ambiance of the salon was relaxing, which added to the overall experience. Not only do my nails look fabulous, but I also appreciated the care she took in explaining the products she used and how to maintain my nails afterward. I left feeling pampered and confident. Christy C I havent been this happy with my nails (or any nail technician) in very long time! I called on a Saturday with no appointment and she called me back after one of her (awesome) clients said she was ok with pushing her appointment time. She made the hot mess nails (that I had done somewhere else over 2 weeks before) look fabulous! She listened to what i wanted, asked if she could put a lil of her own flare on them, was fun to watch and easy to just chat with. Thank you Shika!! (sorry for misspelling) See ya in 2 weeks!

Natalie Keys I really wanted this to be a great experience, but not impressed. Id give 3 stars for her kindness, but not the nail work, so Im giving 2. $63 for a cold water pedicure and a gel manicure that doesnt match from finger to finger.

Sarah Wilkins Comfy chairs is the only plus about this place. Went in for a pedicure, we were the only ones there, the manager was only person in there, he called someone and she came right away to do my pedicure. Didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted just started the pedicure. She cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut or just filed. She was rough with the file under my nails. All she did was scrub the bottom of my feet and put scrub on my calves with a 30 sec rubbing it in then rinsed it, put a hot towel then painted my nails unprofessionally. I didnt get a foot massage or ask how I liked it. I have dry spots on my door still, cuticles that need cut. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Chelsey Rayne Abigail Hess DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. SHODDY. ZERO STARS. Came in for a fill, the lady who did the fill drilled into my nail beds and hurt me several times, she also put on a color I picked (to test it) before taking off the old product, and ended up drilling off my old color with uncured gel color that got into her drill bit making it harder for her to get the old product off. She didnt get all of the old gel off. The shape of my nails wasnt asked or done in any respect, they are uneven from one side to another and went from a coffin shape to some sort of loppy rounded squoval. The gel was put on in glops where I came home with uncured nails that smudged, flaked, and looked like Id just been through a tractor pull. The gel she put on also flooded my cuticles, and I have glitter stuck on my skin. Also, the interior of the shop was pretty dirty, and the nail tools that they used didnt look clean. The stations have seen better days and also had a lot of drilled off products built up in the corners. It didnt seem sanitary and gave me the creeps. Im never going back, Id give zero stars if I could. The nail tech was also unprofessional in that she kept bringing up politics and made some borderline racist comments.

Rough application, Ive had this done for years, never have I cried, my eyes would not stop leaking from how rough I was handled. Crappy material and cheap lobby glue. HORRIBLE, they didnt even last the night before falling off.

Eneida Rodriguez So I’m new in town decided to try this place because it was close to home boo oh boy I should have read the reviews before going in smh the WORST first when they started doing my nails there were a few crooked which I asked him to fix he did try but didn’t work so he then began to paint my nails and Lawd I could have done better myself as you can see they were horrible the owner noticed I was upset she said she would fix them in that attempt she cut me and made me bleed then has the nerve to ask for a TIP!!!! Never again I only gave one star because giving none was not an option!!!

Aahana Bernard Unreliable! I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I found the salon online and initially tried to call them. When my call was ringing, nobody picked up, but someone sent me a message from the other end. If you can send a message, why can’t you pick up the call??? Anyway, I responded back on the text message saying that I needed my nails done for Christmas, but I had a few questions since this was my very first time getting nails done. She said that she would call me back as soon as possible, but never got a callback. The next day, I sent her a message again trying to reach out one more time from my end. This time, no response to my message either. I’m surprised that people have left five star reviews while I had a completely opposite experience; where in, the business completely ignored me. This makes me genuinely question the reviews left. If you cannot service, the least you can do is let me know. I do not recommend this place. If you want to get your nails done for a special occasion, don’t rely on this saloon, as you might not get any service at all. Disappointed!

Alyssa Lawson Horrible experience. I usually don’t have an issue but this time it was so bad. I asked to just get my acrylics removed and for my nails to just be painted. My nails are extremely bumpy and uneven, there is still some acrylic on some of my nails, and I paid 40 dollars for this. I am extremely dissapointed. It is clear in the pictures that the nails look absolutely horrible. It’s really embarrassing.

Brittney Roberts I’m new to Palm Bay, and was told to try pretty nails. Never again very rude from the moment I stepped in the door. I asked about a certain color , and was told to just look for it in the samples. As I’m trying to explain and show them a picture of what I’m looking for it’s the same thing” just look for it just look for it” thought that was very rude so I ended up not getting my nails polished at all and leaving the shop only paying for the fill. I would never recommend a shop to anyone.
