1 /5 Pauline Holcomb: During my visit, I witnessed a concerning lack of service for African American women. After entering the salon, I was met with an argument among the staff about who would service my pedicure. Additionally, another African American woman who came in shortly after me was told there was no one available to assist her and was asked to return later, despite several manicurists sitting idle. Three Caucasian women and one Indian woman who entered the salon were immediately offered service. This pattern raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices at this establishment. I chose this salon for its convenience, being just five minutes from my home, but I can no longer support a business that appears to discriminate against clients based on their race. Moving forward, I will seek out an African American manicurist for my nail care needs. I urge the owner to reflect on these concerns to ensure all clients are treated fairly and with respect.

2 /5 Hannah Stephens: I don’t normally leave reviews but i felt i needed to after this experience. Got a pedicure and was super happy and the girl was great. I then was moved to Rosa for an acrylic set with tips and my experience was awful. First and foremost she was so rude and continuously complaining the entire time which made me extremely uncomfortable. She complained about anything and everything. She complained that i had too many cuticles. She complained about her coworker talking about wanting to go home. She complained i was moving too much. She then complained that i wasn’t positioning my hands well enough for her and that i was too stiff. Her biggest complaint was that she didn’t want to be there and that it was too steady she wanted to go home. She even joked about telling her boss she had diarrhea so she could go home, after she just complained about her coworker stating she wanted to go home. She continuously cut or burned my fingers when she was drilling the acrylic. I told her about a sensitive spot on my finger from a hang nail and asked if she could cut it or remove it with tools. She ignored the request and instead informed me she was probably gonna hurt it getting to my nails because of my outgrown cuticles. Worst of all, my thumb nails on each hand are different lengths. Paid too much money for such a bad experience. Again, none of this is reflective on the sweet woman that did my pedicure, only Rosa. Won’t be back.

5 /5 Rochelle Skidmore: Linda is amazing, and her nails are always perfect. The amazing thing is that she does her own nails, including amazing artwork. I believe sincerely since she wears nails, she fully understands how the nail should feel. She has now used 3 products on my nails to find what works best for me. I am not just another client to take money from. Thank you, Linda, for always giving me the perfect nails!

5 /5 Kimberly Parker: I just had the best pedicure ever at Platinum Nails. It exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible, and my nail technician , Gigi was thorough, ensuring every part of the process was relaxing and I was very impressed by how well she listened to my concerns. I have lot of issues with pain & having a pedicure was well overdue but I was dreading it. She is friendly it was a pleasant relaxing experience. I highly recommend her.

2 /5 Sasha Eden: Bad business practices/no organization. I’ve come here often and usually have an “okay” experience with relatively reliable product results in my final nail look. Lately the lack of consistency in pricing products is a turn off. $20 EXTRA for gel on a pedicure is insane. The lack of organization is getting to be a problem too. It’s obvious that there’s no communication between reception/scheduling and the nail techs. This has led to my last few services being rushed and shoddy work rather than quick and efficient. For this alone I’m done with this place. Today I asked for a stiletto nail shape only for my nails to be shaped incorrectly. I have an event and wanted long stilettos. I asked for it to be corrected and it’s “too late, there’s another client after you”. I have an appointment for acrylic fill and now the time isn’t there to correct errors made by the salon. So I asked for removal which I’ll still be charged for. I understand business is business but bad business will never get my money again. Good luck at this salon.
