5 /5 Amanda White: UPDATE: Todays experience was wonderful. They were quick and efficient. The doctors are always kind , it was the wait that was frustrating last time. Everyone is nice there. However, the last few times Ive waited 1.5-2 hours between the waiting room and the examining room (with an appointment). This time there were only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes without ever being called back. From my previous experiences, I knew once I was called back it would be another 45 minutes at least, so we had to leave. I understand that happens when a place is busy but that wasnt the case. I will try again, when needed and update this post if it is better next time.

5 /5 Andi Cochran: All of the staff was caring and kind. The sign in process was quick and easy even as a walk in panicked parent! It was less than an hour from the time we walked in the door til we walked out the door! The longest part was the wait for them to send the scripts to the pharmacy afterwards!

3 /5 Catherine: the nurses and doctors were great and super good with my kiddos! However, I was very disappointed with the wait time. I had an appointment for 12:45 and didnt get called back to a room until 2:10. I would understand if it was busy but it wasnt even busy, there were only 2 other people there the whole time. This was definitely not an easy wait time when you have a sick and cranky 10 month old. Hopefully they can work on a better process of getting people seen on time for their actual appointment times or atleast within 15-30 mins max of their appointment time. I would also recommend adding some toys in the waiting room, would definitely make it easier for the parents if there was something to distract the kids during the wait time.

3 /5 Jessica Baker: The nurses and doctor were absolutely awesome and helpful. It’s the fact they are low staffed and we waited over an hour and a half past our apt time to get in for a short apt. They need more help and deserve it. The staff was amazing

3 /5 Kieran Arbetello: Dr and nurses were great but we had a 3 o clock appt and waited over an hour to see the Dr and another hour to be treated and discharged. This shouldn’t have been over a 2 hour experience for an urgent care. Also super annoying that you have to fill out so much paperwork even as a returning patient. They need a better system.

Gynecologic Specialists of Brevard: Samuel Del Rio, MD - Melbourne Candace Wiley: Dr.Del-Rio is the WORST... He kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my symptoms. He acted like I was lying and had the nerve to ask me why I was nervous!! First of all I wasnt nervous, I was in shock at the way he conducted himself, very rude.. If you are looking for a caring and considerate Dr... I highly recommend that you not go to this man!!...My Google name is Wiley... My married name is Brooks!!!

Bhaskerrao P. Patel, MD - Malabar Andrea Jones: I have had multiple family (elderly at that) see this physician and have encountered multiple issues and it’s getting to point where it needs to be investigated. Someone with visible necrosis not being taken seriously and referred to a specialist. To threatening patients from seeking second opinions or new care. I am sick and tired of hearing of the elderly patients that visit this man being taken advantage of for their insurance and their complains not being heard. Please note this will be presented to the proper authorities for investigation.

Port St John MedFast Urgent Care | Walk In Clinic | Emergency Quick Care - Cocoa Tony Huntimer: I had a good experience at Port St John MedFast Urgent Care today. Maybe it was an abnormally slow day, or this is typical of the area (I come from an area with 3.1m residents). There were 5 people in line in front of me. I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The front office staff was respectful and courteous. The physician was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very thorough. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care in the future.

Brevard Health Alliance - Rockledge Emily N Green: We had our son a few days before Thanksgiving and needed a newborn appointment on Friday to be discharged. Since it was a holiday weekend a lot of pediatrician offices were closed, but the doctor at the hospital recommended contacting Brevard Health Alliance. When we called, the receptionist was so kind and understanding and basically hunted down an appointment for us which so happened to be in area. The doctor, Dr. Capers, opened up a slot for us early Friday morning so we could be discharged and have our son checked out in a timely manner. Not only did we think highly of this, but Dr. Capers and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel comfortable, informed, and encouraged, as this is our first child and have tons of questions. They took plenty of time with us and made sure we had next steps for our son’s care. Thank you so so much for all you do!

Gonzalo Valdivia, M.D. - Palm Bay Sylvia Mease: Referred to Dr Valdivia by my primary care physician as my knees were swollen. Dr Valdivia had X-rays done and recommended knee injections, series of 3. His NP gave me the injections over the following 3 weeks. Both Dr Valdivia and Sara were professional and pleasant. I recommend Dr Valdivia for orthopedic care

Health First Physicians - Melbourne David Jones: I have had good experiences with them, they have an Amazing staff, great Doctors and nurses, but I have also heard of others falling through the cracks of this Monopoly. The bureaucracy is the problem, not, in my experience, the staff. The monopoly that Health First has on Brevard has caused them to get lazy, could be a week before test results are delivered, a severe disconnect between Doctors and patients, so much bureaucracy and scheduling problems that this whole hospital system fails to do what my previous family practitioner could do in 25% of the time, hours on hold, only running banking hours, could be a full week before you can see anyone, and theyre occasionally rude about it... Healthcare options arent this limited in other areas...Bring competition back to Brevard and end this Monopoly of Over scheduled and under serving Doctors.

From the very first appointment, Dr. Cartechine made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. They take the time to listen to my concerns and always provide clear, thoughtful explanations. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient they are, making every visit stress-free and reassuring. The office staff is friendly and professional, and the overall experience has always been wonderful. Dr. Cartechine truly goes above and beyond for their patients, and I feel so confident in the care I receive. If youre looking for an OB/GYN who genuinely cares about your well-being, I highly recommend her, from one endometriosis and PCOS girly to another.

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital - Kissimmee Walker Smith: The RN Beth J at trauma center is the only nurse has kindness and care for people. Please let her know please and she deserves a big reward if management noticed. Most staff are rude ,careless,unorganized and ignorant ,also don’t know how to do their job. If you are dying, sincerely do not recommend this hospital. Ringing emergency button would not bring someone’s attention for 10-45 mins. They are so busy for all the rooms and patients, literally no time for giving great care or service for individual needs. Coffee shop is nice but not 24/7. Meal is actually good from hospital everyday has something new.

Animal Hospital of Palm Bay - Palm Bay David Kirtley: The staff is genuinely caring and empathetic toward all of our needs. They are very thorough. We are fortunate to be able to have a veterinary office that is friendly and knowledgeable. Our pups are healthy and continue to remain that way!
