5 /5 Tony Huntimer: I had a good experience at Port St John MedFast Urgent Care today. Maybe it was an abnormally slow day, or this is typical of the area (I come from an area with 3.1m residents). There were 5 people in line in front of me. I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The front office staff was respectful and courteous. The physician was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very thorough. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care in the future.

5 /5 Mark P: Was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, filled out the paperwork and was taken back pretty quickly. The nurse was pleasant and efficient. After a little bit of a wait the practitioner came in and was also pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. This was my third experience there and never had any issues. Would recommend.

My family has come for physicals and sickness over the last few years, everyone we have encountered has been pleasant, receptive, and thorough, and each time has been a great experience. 5 /5 Mary Giggetts: Im from Virginia visiting my granddaughter in cocoa beach for thanksgiving. I had what I thought was a bug that was progressively making me sicker and sicker. So this clinic being close by is where we chose. After being taken in by staff so professionally I found out I had a sinus infection which I had no idea that it would make me feel so horrible. After talking with the doctor, she gave me two prescriptions. After taking the first dose of each, Im starting to feel better already. With me feeling as bad as I was feeling, this is definitely the type of setting, the type of positive energy, and the type of care and compassion I needed. The is a good part of starting the healing process. Thank you staff so much for making this visit a great experience. Thats a lot to say about having to make a doctors visit.❤️

David Jones: I have had good experiences with them, they have an Amazing staff, great Doctors and nurses, but I have also heard of others falling through the cracks of this Monopoly. The bureaucracy is the problem, not, in my experience, the staff. The monopoly that Health First has on Brevard has caused them to get lazy, could be a week before test results are delivered, a severe disconnect between Doctors and patients, so much bureaucracy and scheduling problems that this whole hospital system fails to do what my previous family practitioner could do in 25% of the time, hours on hold, only running banking hours, could be a full week before you can see anyone, and theyre occasionally rude about it... Healthcare options arent this limited in other areas...Bring competition back to Brevard and end this Monopoly of Over scheduled and under serving Doctors.

Walker Smith: The RN Beth J at trauma center is the only nurse has kindness and care for people. Please let her know please and she deserves a big reward if management noticed. Most staff are rude ,careless,unorganized and ignorant ,also don’t know how to do their job. If you are dying, sincerely do not recommend this hospital. Ringing emergency button would not bring someone’s attention for 10-45 mins. They are so busy for all the rooms and patients, literally no time for giving great care or service for individual needs. Coffee shop is nice but not 24/7. Meal is actually good from hospital everyday has something new.

Now, my brother is her patient and I will be following through with him every step. I will write reviews as needed. I called her office today to find out biopsy results and had to leave a message. I am waiting for a call back. That is acceptable to me since I know they are busy. Updates to come.....I have faith my call will be returned today.

Stephanie Lynn Blaney: STAY AWAY!!!!! Dr. Neil Kairsingh is very unprofessional and not trained enough to handle complex patient primary care. He prescribed diabetic and blood pressure medication to a 42 year old cancer patient PRIOR to having all of the lab work back. This is 100% neglectful and borderline malpractice. His medical assistants should not by any means be giving diagnosis over the phone ESPECIALLY without any concluded lab work. The doctor judged my husband by his appearance which was a subjective concern but objectively speaking, how is it good patient care to give diagnoses without labs? I’m surprised this guy is still practicing. 100% pill mill & LAZY patient care.

Elaine Outar: This hospital saved my moms life when she had Covid. We were told that she may not make it and to prepare ourselves. However they took care of her up until the point of her discharge to the physical therapist nursing home. Once they saw she was getting discharged it’s like they forgot to take care of her. They had her sitting in her own poop for hours because no one checked on her. (She still needed assistance with moving because she was on a ventilator for a long time without moving and Needed to regain muscle strength) Also they don’t have a pediatrics section so I feel uncomfortable taking my son here because last time they acted like they didn’t know what to do for a child. Unfortunately this is the only hospital I know close to my house.

Lizbet Perez: On January 16th I had my baby boy at this hospital. It was a pleasant experience and I am very grateful to everyone. From the preparation and guidance for my cesarean section to the last day after being in my postpartum room. All the nurses were very kind and always very concerned about my recovery and care. Both of my newborn and my companion regardless of the language. They help you to understand each other through a translator. Also the anesthesia and cesarean staff. Thank you. Doctors, etc. Also thanks to the head chef, very kind and I do not like the food in hospitals but I loved this hospital!! Thank you also because my companion was also offered food. The rooms that I had, good hygiene, also, the cleaning lady came by every day. I recommend this hospital. They know how to do their job.

Their assistants are also very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
