2 /5 Lisa Dunn: My review is not about the quality of the dentist, as I couldnt tell you that. What I can tell you is how the dentist and staff treated my mother-in-law who lives off social security and has no dental insurance (which was communicated up front). They initially saw her as an emergency patient, for which we are grateful. (No procedure was done or needed at the time.) Upon subsequent visit, the office charged $211 for a comprehensive exam, presented her with a $10K estimate, and got very "cool" when she didnt move forward. Several months later when we found another dentist, she called requesting her x-rays and records be sent to the new office. They emailed her a release to sign, which was signed and sent back same day, 1/24/23. She requested she be ccd on the emailed records however, she didnt receive anything. She called and spoke with Betty on 2/7 who said the records werent sent but she would send them. On 2/8, she called again and was told they were sent but she wasnt ccd on it. We arrive at the new dental office on 2/9 and discovered what was sent wasnt complete and was missing several x-rays. This time I called. They sent more but failed to send x-rays of her front teeth. A comprehensive exam should equal comprehensive records sent upon first request.
