Amanda Bartley-Ramirez I have been bringing my children to NFP for 22 years. My daughter had a scheduled appointment at 3:40PM, on 12/16/2024. We arrived at 3:15 PM and checked in shortly after. The office had a few families waiting in the waiting area. By 3:45, 4 families had arrived behind me. 2 of the families were called in prior to my daughter. We were called back at around 4:15. We were not seen until 5:20. By that time, there was no one left in the office. I do not understand how someone who has an appointment is overlooked for those that are walk-in appointments. Plus, how could 4 families arriving after us, be seen before us?

Super Soldier All of the employees that I have dealt with in 3 years taking my kids, I have had nothing but pleasant interactions. The care is good, they are accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to help you, especially the receptionists.

Jessica Travioli It seems like everyones first day on the job. I cant get my sons prescriptions sent to the right place, or at all for that matter, I cant get my referrals needed for him, 2 1/2 years of begging for his needs.

Susan Skipper I had a cap come out Monday night. I called Dr. Arthur’s office Tuesday morning and they immediately worked me in!! Much appreciated! An added plus - his great staff.

Her staff are super friendly, it is more affordable than anywhere else I have been, and extremely professional throughout. Had to have an extra tooth cut out yesterday and it was a simple, painless procedure. I feel much better already. I have always avoided the dentist but from now on I have no issues with making it a regular occurance in my life. Thanks Dr. Lindsay!

Sara I was in severe pain for 5 days, went got antibiotics and pain medicine at my primary. Well, day 5 was the most unbearable pain I was experiencing, called around looking for someone that could take me same day. Well, this office was able to see me within 30 minutes. I made to the office within 10 mins. I got there waiting maybe 5 mins as I was filling out new patient paperwork and got me to the back. I was in tears I was hurting so bad. Well, within 30 mins I was numbed up and tooth extracted and instant pain relief. The staff was beyond my expectations, the doctor was absolutely phenomenal and so kind caring and compassionate. The dental hygienist and the doctor talks to you about life and keeps you distracted while work being done. I am so thankful as it was my first visit and how fast everything was done and the pain relief I was so desperate for almost a week. They are now my family dentist from here on out and so thankful for this office staff and doctor, highly highly recommend!!!

Steve Dykehouse I have been going there five years and think it is a good dental.practice. One reason for going there at first was that they.would take my insurance. However, the insurance never seems to increase, while everything else goes up, so I suspect the day will come when they opt out. They are caring persons, so I hope when that day comes, they competitively price their services so that it isnt too big of an adjustment, and then help us send in our claims. But it is a good place, and is always seeking to improve.

James Perkins I have been going to this dentist 15 plus years. Dr Redfearn is a great dentist and has always done great dental care for me, and is super nice, as is his receptionist and assistant Rosemary! They treat me as family and I feel the same way about them. I have recommended them to others and always will.

R LeFrancois Dr. Redfearn is the best dentist Ive ever had. Always takes great care of me. Very honest and straightforward with you, doesnt try to upsell you care you dont honestly need. Rosemary is super sweet and answers all my questions I might have. They truly make you feel like family.

Leta Hawkins I am a high anxiety dental patient unless nitrous is available in the dental office. My family uses Dr Redfearn and had nothing but praise for his and Rosemary’s kindness and treating them like family. I knew they did not have nitrous but decided to put my faith and trust in them letting them know up front about my anxiety. They were all true to their words and I absolutely love them both. I might have anxiety at the door but they ease that immediately with their chair side manner. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family

He’s treated us like family and has cleaned our teeth, done root canals, & fillings. He’s always been honest with us about our teeth and has never overcharged us for his services. He and his wife are an awesome team and when we have an emergency, they’ve always try to work us in.

Gloria Urban Dr. Redfearn and his wife, awesome assistant, are an answer to prayer! Knowing my husband has PSTD when it comes to dentists and dental work they are fabulous. We received a very comprehensive evaluation on our first visit and my husband was so reassured and relieved that they could fix his teeth in preparation for heart valve replacement. My husband had his first extraction today and says it is the first time in his life (he is 84) he had no pain from the procedure and will recommend Dr. Redfearn to anyone! They were extremely accommodating and stayed after hours to help us finish this extraction safely. Office is centrally located, extremely clean and organized.

Lisa W As a newer patient, Ive had only cleanings, xrays and a consultation so far (no major procedures.) Staff are good-hearted, friendly, respectful people who take their time with you, explain things, and answer any questions you have. They dont push unnecessary procedures on you either. And the dr respects your decisions as well. One staff member actually offered to help me with my flat tire.

Raven Raven Great dentist, clean comfy office. I needed a large filling in a molar with a deep cavity, I have no dental insurance and they provided the best dental care I have ever had at a reasonable price.

Krista Farnes Wonderful staff and the most comprehensive and advanced initial visit I’ve ever had. They are very accommodating with schedules and you don’t have to wait 5 months for an opening. I’m telling everyone I know to come here and ditch their other dentists.

Joshua Sword On 4/3/25 I went to get a filling. The thought of getting shots in the mouth and the drilling gives me serious anxiety. I started with Dr. Higgins who did a fantastic job, but I got too anxious and kind of had a minor panic attack. He thought it would be best if we stopped and continued at a later date. He prescribed me something for anxiety and I ended up coming in on the week that Dr. White was working to complete the filling (4/10/25). She too was great, knowing that I was previously really anxious she explained what she was doing as she worked. Im still not a fan of the dentist, but the service and care I got was excellent. Would highly recommend for your dental needs.
