Since then, Ive had my vehicle back there for routine maintenance and they have 100% exceeded my expectations and always come through with very competitive pricing and high quality work. Those two paired together equal unparalleled value. Preferred is the only shop that has worked on my 645 and I havent felt the need to try any other shop, due to the excellence provided here. 5 /5 Franc Urso: Ive taken my Porsche cayenne turbo there a few times. I usually deal with Matt who manages the shop and also works on the more challenging jobs. They have done an excellent job each time. Ive been extremely happy with their work and they have always been fair in price. If you are looking for a fancy shop, then go to the dealer. If you want great service at a fair price then give these guys a try.

5 /5 Margaret Byrne: Matt and the other people at Preferred Auto were very helpful and did a very quick turn around on my Mini Cooper repair. I did have a quibble with a procedural aspect of the service, but Matt very quickly and courteously put things right. And that means more to me than if there were no problems in the first place! It is also very convenient to get a rental car replacement when your car is in the shop. I will absolutely use them again for service.

5 /5 Oleg Mitu: Very nice and professional guys. I had some issue with my AC on my 1990 Volvo 240. Called them and they told me to come the second day. Recharged my system checked everything and made my AC blow cold again. And all that for a very low price. Im new to Tampa, but one thing I definitely know, Preferred Auto is the only shop Ill take my car to, for future service. Recommend 100%
