Amos Sanchez This is my first time dealing with a mobile mechanic, I have to say the service was great. I wasn’t able to be home when he worked on the car but he was willing to come out to plant city and work on my vehicle and provided pictures as he worked on it. Gloria Coolman This is the best auto shop I have been to. They are personable, transparent, and reasonable. I usually hate going to any car places, especially as a young woman who feels constantly taken advantage of. However, they took me into the garage to show me exactly what was going on with my car, explained what needed to be done, and treated me with respect as an equal. Definitely coming back!

Jim Bugos I cannot say enough good about Dr Mechanic Auto Repair and specifically Andrew who is in charge of business development. My daughter is a college student in Tampa and her A/C stopped working during the hottest stretch of the year so far. Another unnamed "national" service company quoted her almost $2000 for repairs that just seemed excessive. Dr Mechanic was able to get her in the shop right away and did a diagnostic to find that the only repair that was immediately needed was to replace the hose on the A/C and recharge totaling about $900...a huge difference for a college student paying her own repair bill. We will be back to Dr Mechanic for any future service work because of their honesty and communication in addition to their very fair pricing!

Martha Beldor I got referred to Tonys automotive Center because of the strong relationship he creates with local auto shops. He made sure to understand my issue and help efficiently while being kind, even to the other individual getting their car serviced. Going to an auto shop is usually a headache but this experience was perfect. I will be coming back and can say this is the best shop in Tampa. Great prices, quick service and excellent customer service.

Megan Erickson I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and his team at A&D! The communication is always excellent from start to finish—they keep me in the loop every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on. They go out of their way to get the work done quickly, which I really appreciated. Above all, they are honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. Bonus: they even invited me to their barbecue lunch today since my car was done earlier than expected (and it was lunch time!) Great people, great service—this is the kind of place you stick with for life! Thanks guys!

mr. perfect DONT GO, DONT GO, DONT GO! This place is the biggest scam in the city. They tell you something is wrong, you pay to fix it and the issues are still there. I spent over $2,300 and still had to take my car to another shop. I will see yall in court. I advise anyone who is reading this, dont waste your money!

Tracey Kyles I had my fuel tank and filter repaired with these guys while on spring break. To be real, communication wasnt their strongest suit, but they came through in the end! Went above and beyond to make sure my fuel tank was taken care of. Even fixed my cap! If youre someone who values constant updates, you might feel a little uneasy at first, but dont panic. They will take care of you! Theyre friggin awesome! Im glad I stuck with them!

Ichthas Aquatics Thank you to Omar and Roger for a great experience. They made buying a car for my 16 year old daughter easy and fast. They even made sure it was ready for a teenage driver by replacing the front brakes at no charge. As a father that meant a lot to me and shows what type of men they are.

Asher Martinez As a college student from the west coast, I was nervous about finding a new shop local to work on my car, as Audis are notorious for being complicated. I dropped off my car, and within three hours they had all the problems identified and priced out to which I could accept the work. Once I approved I had the car back within 24 hours and could not have been more pleased. It’s running better than before the I had the issue I brought it in for! Great team of people who know their stuff, 10/10 would recommend, also cheaper but I’d say better than the dealership!

Tom King If you need some automotive advice and you know something just isnt right then look no further. I can tell you from a long term customers view you can count on Cross Creek Auto. Im a 19 year dedicated customer and have maintained 3 cars with them. From basic services to major repairs these guys are 10 times better than any dealership at about 35% or less out of pocket. Do your homework on dealer costs and have these guys do what you need done, its that simple. Bottom line is good things happen to good people and at Cross Creek Auto you have good people.

Not only did they find me a set of tires immediately available, they also gave me a great price and didn’t charge me for the alignment. I have worked with a lot of mechanics through the years. Sera Do Mr Hung was amazing. I came to prodo because my cousin and dad recommended him. Had a couple of minor issues and a major A/C issue that I was not sure it was worth fixing. alanis mercado I arrived at 5:45 PM, just before closing, in urgent need of an oil change due to a previous mechanic’s mistake. Despite the late hour, Jose went above and beyond to assist me, staying until 8 PM to ensure the job was done correctly. He even made a special trip to pick up the specific oil my car required and took the time to explain every step of the process. Additionally, he generously added turbo fluid at no extra charge. Jose was thorough in educating me about my car’s needs, providing transparency by showing me exactly what required attention. He later followed up with an estimate outlining the most urgent repairs. Thanks to his expertise, my car is running significantly better. I will definitely be returning for future service.
