Melanie Baker Choosing this company was a horrible decision. First, I made an appointment online, but when I showed up for the appointment (just an oil change and inspection), I was told it would be hours before anyone got to it and that the appointment time didnt matter. The employee told me he would reschedule me for another time, but he never did. I had to reschedule it online myself. When I finally got them to work on my car, they didnt even do the 120 point inspection that I paid for! They gave me a paper saying that everything looked good except the compressor, but they obviously didnt even look at anything else. It said the lights and wipers were good, when there are two lights that dont work and the wipers obviously need replacing. If they couldnt even bother to look at those things, how can I trust that they looked at anything else? And this is a service that I specifically paid for! All I ended up with is a highly overpriced oil change, and I had to check to make sure they had even done that.
Do yourself a favor, and go to ANY OTHER company.

R E Wifes vehicle needed brakes and a wheel bearing. I had to delay the appointment, but they got me in right away. Car was ready quicker that promised. No noisy bearing or brakes, and cheaper than the dealership.

I checked in with Mike who is always a pleasure to talk to. My mechanic, Nick was great. He has extraordinary Customer Service skills. Hes polite, professional, very patient, personable, and made me feel like a valued customer. I feel Nick is a wonderful liaison between Pep Boys and the customers therefore, I am requesting that he be commended for the excellent job he does for your company.
Outstanding employees should ALWAYS be recognized. I highly recommend the Titusville, FL Pep Boys and mechanic Nick.
