5 /5 Latonya Beal: Truly the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly kind. Chris was amazing. He said he would take care of me and that he did. He walked me through every part of the repair, kept the lines of communication open, and made sure I fully understood my options. The service felt high-end, and the level of care they showed—from how they treated me to how they returned my car—was something I’ve never experienced at an auto shop before. They even helped me get around while my car was being serviced, which made things so much easier. You can tell they value their customers and take pride in their work. This place is now my go-to moving forward. Highly recommend for anyone who wants quality work and peace of mind.

My car was taken in quickly, the diagnosis was clear and transparent, and the repairs were done with great care. 5 /5 Ro Lo: If I could give them 5 additional stars I would! One of the best experiences with getting my car serviced, amazing customer service, fair priced and their work was amazing! They did all the work same day, fast and even did an additional service I needed all in 3.5 hours time. I went in for a total rear wheel bearing change and added the front suspension rod changes, all with superior quality parts for my BMW 2017. They guarantee all work for 3 years or 47K miles, I mean they are there to help you in all ways possible, even offering financing with no interest if needed. These guys are so honest they even walked me into the service room walked me through everything they were going to do, what was in need of changing without being pushy just educating me and I just could not believe how thorough and honest they were. Chris was my service rep and what an amazing human being he is! I literally heard him working over the phone for those 3.5 hours I was there and the whole time he was negotiating the best parts and services for ALL of his customers!! Needless to say, this will be my forever shop for anything I may need for my car.

This shop is tucked away on a side street in a black building—don’t be deterred by the number of cars outside; that’s just a sign of how great their work is! The office entrance is on the left side of the garage doors. Chris was extremely helpful with my Mini Cooper’s repair, which included brakes, rotors, pads, a wheel bearing, all new tires, alignment, wiper blades. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently in just two days! They also offer rental cars and shuttle service for those who need it, though I was lucky to live within walking distance. What truly sets them apart is their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. They provide a detailed inspection report with videos and photos, so you can see exactly what’s going on with your car—no surprises, just top-notch service. Plus, the little touches mattered: they added a new car smell freshener and even gave me a water bottle as a first-time customer appreciation gift. Finding a trustworthy shop that’s willing to work on a Mini Cooper isn’t easy, but Prestige Auto Tech knocked my socks off. I would 100% trust them with any car, big or small.
