Jonathan Jeune Terrible Service – Don’t Trust This Shop I brought my car in on Saturday for an A/C issue. The front desk guy was so sure it was the AC line and said it would be a quick fix. He gave me the part and labor cost, and told me to leave a deposit—which I did. He promised to call Sunday if the part came in—never did. By Monday, still no update. I had to call them and was told the part was in and to bring the car. I dropped it off and asked when to return—was told 2–3 hours. I came back at 6:45 PM and found the shop closed with no phone call or update. Tried calling—no answer. My girlfriend called the next morning, and they gave her a different excuse and said it would be ready by 10 AM. My brother went at 11, car still not ready. Told to come at 1 PM—still not done. I went in at 5 PM, and now they’re saying it’s not the AC line at all—it’s electrical, then changed it again and blamed the compressor. They had the car for two days, misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, gave no updates, and couldn’t give a straight answer. Worst part? They forced me to pay the full amount just to get my car back—even though the issue was never fixed properly. This shop clearly doesn’t have the tools or knowledge to properly diagnose or repair vehicles. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and not worth your time or money. Avoid this place at all costs.

James After 2 months, I am still carless and dealing with the many problems this place has put me in. My car had been having some trouble so we towed it over there. They called us and said they have to take out the engine to find out what exactly is going on, like it was not a big deal. What they didnt tell us, was that this action would invalidate the warranty that this car had with the Hyundai dealership (this was only a 4 year old car), and if they have indeed been in the business for 30+ years, how would they not know this? Why did they not inform us that taking out the engine could potentially ruin our warranty? If this place has any idea what they were doing, they would have told us this, or maybe they did know this, and just knew that we were going to pay whatever it costed to fix the engine. My family and I are not experts with cars at all and rely on PROFESSIONALS to know what they are doing and be completely transparent with the repercussions of taking out the engine, especially when we had payed them thousands and thousands of dollars in the past and thought we had a relationship. Turns out the engine was shot.. So now, we have a bad engine out of the vehicle. Now, they want to charge us 5000-6000 to put a new engine in, or a couple thousand to put the broken engine back in the car, which they never mentioned to us during the phone call. Not only did they ruin a warranty we had with the dealership, but they never mentioned at all how much it will cost to put the engine, fixed or not, back in the car. They wanted to charge us over a thousand dollars to put a broken engine back in the car, or the 5000-6000 for a new one. So we essentially had no choice at that point. They assumed we would say yes to the new engine job without informing us of anything before. It doesnt stop there. We payed them 500 dollars to get our car back and engine, physically separate from eachother. Know what they did? THEY HAD COMPLETELY TAKEN MY ENGINE APART. We were given back a broken down engine with 4-5 boxes full of disassembled parts, bolts, screws and wires. So here we are with an engine-less vehicle, a completely broken down disassembled engine, and 3-4 boxes filled with hundreds of parts, loss of $500, and a tarnished relationship. It has been over 2 months now and I am still dealing with the issues that were given to me by this service. I had to pay out of pocket to put the engine completely back together (were missing pieces as well), and then put back into my car with a crane, close over a 1000$, and then for it to be checked out by Hyundai. I still have to pay for a new engine and transmission. They ruined my warranty which I had, which a professional mechanic shop should have known when they took out my engine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Samy B I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak — a job that should have been routine — and after two failed repair attempts, the leak still wasn’t fixed. I ended up doing the work myself, and only then did I discover what really went wrong: they hadn’t followed proper procedure, even though they told me they had. After the second failed attempt, I sent them clear instructions referencing official factory guidance and noted the use of anaerobic RTV, which is explicitly required at the rear main seal cap and bearing cap ends. This is not optional — even the Jeep service manual calls for anaerobic RTV. So what manual were they using exactly? They told me it had been done “by the book” and assured me anaerobic RTV had been used. It hadn’t. When I reopened the engine myself, I found black RTV, which is the wrong product. That’s either a straight-up lie, or they had no idea what was actually done. Both are unacceptable. To be clear: I don’t believe Gabe was at fault. He treated me with respect, and I think he genuinely tried to help. My impression is that the techs are likely overwhelmed due to how busy this shop is. But that still doesn’t excuse the fact that I clearly told them what to do after the second attempt, and they ignored it. That mistake cost me a huge amount of time. What made it worse was the process: after each failed attempt, I had to go back to the end of the line, waiting a week and a half just to be seen again. So this dragged on for nearly two months. They eventually refunded me, which I do appreciate. But the fact is: if I wasn’t mechanically inclined and able to redo the job myself, I can’t imagine how much worse and more frustrating this would have been. And in the end, I was the one who fixed it — by doing it correctly. That says everything.

The technician was very rude cant even answering my question, and dont know what hes doing. First he told my wife after he diagnosed the ac he said the compressor no good. When my wife call me I was on the phone with him, I asked him a simple question what cause the problem for the compressor not to work. He said because we leave in Florida the compressor work to much, and I asked him how much for the repair thats when he come with another problem. He need to change the condenser as well, what the condenser have to do with a compressor thats not working. Specially when my condenser not leaking any freon, I understand when you change a compressor all you have to do change the dryer as well for the job to have a better warranty, and vacuum the system for the system not to contaminating from moisture getting in the ac system when changing the compressor. If my condenser not leaking why chanting it, this guy trying to make more money or over charging my wife because shes a woman. Thanks God I have a little knowledge about ac, I dont recommend any body to go this shop, and they charge me $50.00 for diagnostic they not even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

Gregory Carvajal Took my 2018 Maxima there fearing a huge bill because I was convinced the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Isaac was very welcoming and polite, asked a few questions and then had the car checked by a mechanic. I had to bring it in the next morning for further diagnostics and by noon they had already fixed several issues that were causing the car to hesitate when the gas pedal was pressed. They replaced several small hoses at no extra cost and now my car flies again! Thanks Isaac and crew. I recommend them enthusiastically!

Mechanics already have bad reputations for being scammers and they made it worse. They performed services on my car that I did not consent to and tried charging me for it. They held my car overnight without my consent and I never signed off on, when they assured me that it would be done BEFORE 6pm. They lied and said they serviced the vehicle but also told me that their "systems are down" and didnt bother contacting me whatsoever, And also held my car hostage threatening to not give me my keys until I paid for their services which I did not consent to. I ended up having to get police involved and caught "Con artist Juan" in multiple lies. Terrible customer service, terrible management, dishonest service. Juan was rude and condescending. He needs to learn how to speak to customers in a respectful manner. He was getting upset when hes the one trying to screw me over! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

I went in for a total rear wheel bearing change and added the front suspension rod changes, all with superior quality parts for my BMW 2017. They guarantee all work for 3 years or 47K miles, I mean they are there to help you in all ways possible, even offering financing with no interest if needed. These guys are so honest they even walked me into the service room walked me through everything they were going to do, what was in need of changing without being pushy just educating me and I just could not believe how thorough and honest they were. Chris was my service rep and what an amazing human being he is! I literally heard him working over the phone for those 3.5 hours I was there and the whole time he was negotiating the best parts and services for ALL of his customers!!
