Been going to Pristine for a few months now (I won’t say who bc I don’t want her to get too busy for me ;)) and they are the best! I’m super picky about how I like my nails done. They have 100s of colors—lots of Opi—so not stingy about trying to use knockoff brands/colors. I highly recommend them.

3 /5 Taylor Nash: Didnt get the color I picked it. David was super nice did my nails and toes but I feel the service couldve been better for what I paid. Everything is smudged and messed up, didnt clean under my nails after filling the acrylic.

1 /5 Bibi Ali: Service was terrible. The girl that did my nails rushed to do them. She applied the topcoat on my toenails really fast and you can see a clear line where it dried and it’s separate from the nail polish. On top of that when I chose my color for my nail it was on a fake nail that appeared to look as if the color was solid and not transparent. As she did my nails I noticed the more coats she put on it never actually covered my nail. When I asked her about it she was like “well that’s why I showed you”. She was rude and did not even offer me another option but made me pay for my nails. I would never recommend this place. I will call them tomorrow to give them a chance to correct this for the removal of my review. But, I’ve read that they are constantly making unhappy customers pay without offering any assistance to make it better and that is really sad.

Bliss Nail Spa Winter Park - Winter Park Roda Carter: Perfection achieved! Bliss’ Deluxe includes mask, hot towels plus paraffin wax dip! Gently removed old gel polish without excessive drilling and digging. No worn down nail bed with that grow-out line! Can we preserve the health of our nail beds please? YES. That’s normal practice at Bliss. Due to taking good care of my nails, my nail bed is raised, rounded and smooth. So OK, I went for another round of gel, mani / pedi without any concerns. This time, OPI Snow White with a fine white glitter for a sparkling touch on nails. Matching toes except Chrome finish. Relaxing spa music and view of the pond, ducks, lake and sunset made my treatments very blissful. Jason did my toes (he remembered everything I told him when I was there 6 weeks ago! I couldn’t even remember.) The nail techs are the best in town PERIOD. I was so lucky to have the owner, Jessica do my nails as they came out absolutely perfect. But everyone there is talented and so focused on their work. I arrived less than an hour before closing, still they were happy for a walk-in. Warm and friendly greeting by the owners, as usual. Parking lot is always congested so plan ahead. It’s so worth it.

5th Nail Lounge - Maitland Paola Rodriguez: I got an acrylic manicure with a design, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Bebe did my nails, and she was amazing! She took her time shaping them, and the design came out exactly like my reference photo, so precise and perfect..just look at the photo. Toward the end, it felt a bit rushed, and I wish I had gotten the moisturizer and short massage I usually receive at other salons, but the results were stunning, so I can’t complain too much! Bebe also waxed my eyebrows, and they look super clean and well-shaped. She’s quick and precise, but I wish she had given me a heads-up before pulling the strip, it caught me off guard! For my pedicure, I got the Silky & Sweet treatment with Cici, and it was lovely. She has strong hands and gave a great massage, leaving my feet feeling soft and smooth. The gel polish looked beautiful, but when I got home, I noticed it hadn’t fully cured. Not a huge deal…just something that happened. Overall, the salon is very clean, the staff is talented and friendly, and the service was great. The only downside is that it’s a bit over my budget, but if you’re looking for quality work, it’s definitely worth checking out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not only does he give a top-tier cut every time, but he’s also just a great guy to be around. He knows exactly what works for your hair type and style, and he takes his time to make sure you walk out looking fresh. Beyond the skills, the vibe in his chair is always on point. Whether you want to chat about sports, music, or just have a laid-back experience, he makes every visit enjoyable. The shop has a great atmosphere, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. If you’re looking for a barber who’s a pro with the clippers and just a cool, down-to-earth guy, Damion is the one. Highly recommend!

The Nail Atelier - Winter Park Bailey Hill: Mai is incredible! I’ve used her for years now and she’s the only one I trust with my nails. Not only is she a talented artist, making all of my fun nail designs to life, but she is super professional and particular about her clean space. She cares about the health of your nails, uses quality products and gives the best manicure I’ve had. Orlando is lucky to have her!!

They are timely, clean, kind, professional, remember all of their customers by name and truly care about the customer! Been coming for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience! PAINT Nail Bar Winter Park - Winter Park Sym Love: Beautiful salon, great service with an amazing atmosphere! Has so much potential and I wanted to come back but it’s just not a salon for long natural nails or me. Wendy is awesome and sweet! She took her time and delivered a beautiful set. Mallory is great too, who repaired one of my nails. Problem is, this is my nails currently and it hasn’t even been a week yet. Immediately, I noticed that the nails were bending/more flexible than I am used to with getting builder gel which caused some pain. UPDATE: the owner called me and apologized for my experience and even admitted some fault in their process. I appreciate the follow up and was even given a refund. I can admire the accountability and professionalism of this salon. Wish I could give them another shot but I have since moved to the UK

Maitland Nails & Spa - Maitland Rosa Saa: One person worked on my toes (which came out amazing) while another worked on my hands. They did them at the same time. I was like crossing my arms over each other which wasn’t relaxing at all. I don’t like the way my hands came out as you can clearly see her technique of putting a chunk of white nail polish over the pink color and then “removing” the white part until it’s skinny enough to be French. There is like glue on my skin as well. I wish I just had the person who did my toes do my hands, as her technique was much more clean. I’m upset with how my hands came out, as she also barely cleaned off the white on my skin. I’m coming back to complain. Overall though, they were very kind and helpful with assisting a color that matches my dress. Great customer service.
