1 /5 BAILEY HEDGCOCK: ( READ BEFORE SCHEDULING OR WALK INS) Terrible terrible experience. Of course I wanted to schedule with OT. He was busy so the lady at the front desk sat me down and started doing nails. First off the lady at the front desk cannot even do nails. I wanted a purple ombre set she said for those nails it would cost $100. I can already tell by the way she was applying my tips that the nails I showed her would not the nails I would get. I am not paying $100 for rushed work. So I got a basic nude set French tips. To get started she had to redo my thumb three different times because it was so crooked and yet she did not acknowledge Nor care after asking her to fix it the first time she files it down and completely ruined the shape I told her this is going to need a whole new tip the thumbs do not match she finally glues on a new one which is still crooked. She finally re-does it the third time and gets it. After she starts gluing all the tips, she rushes through drilling my nails, which burned. I know Filing with a drill bit can burn, sometimes due too sensitive nails. But she did not slow down nor care. After it was finally time for her to apply the acrylic, she uses a one bead method for my whole entire nail bed my nails have never BURNED SO BAD like that before and I was so disappointed at that point I wanted to get up and walk out. As as you can see in the picture, nails are facing upward shooting towards the sky. When getting acrylic nails, they should be laid flat against your nail bed I paid $75 and did not tip these nails do not even look complementing to the hand. This really had me wanting to see her NAIL LICENSE. Its aggravating coming here expecting the work you see in the photos and come out with over prices botches nail...

She was cooperative with the shape , size, texture and color I wanted. Update: went again and even more satisfied than the last experience. This time I got jelly red in almond and the shape is PERFECT!

1 /5 Laura Taieb: I made an appointment yesterday at 4:00 for a manicure. After waiting 1/2 hour I needed to leave. I told the man in charge that I had a 4:00 appointment but I couldnt wait anymore. He insisted that they dont make appointments on Sunday. I always go on Sunday and I always make an appointment because its about 20 minutes from my house. I have an email confirming my appointment but he still insisted they dont make appointments on Sunday. I think he meant they make appointments they just dont honor them. I wont be going back again. 1 /5 Maya Jade: Got my nails done 10 days ago. I asked for the bloody design and she couldn’t do it, so I settled for black with orange tips. Fast forward to today, the nails are chipped and look awful. I came in and explained that my nails shouldn’t be in such bad shape after only ten days, so Mr.Truong said he will fix them for me and only charge me for the design. When he was finished I was STILL not happy with the nails, AND he had the nerve to charge me full price. I will NEVER be back. Good job screwing over a loyal customer for $200!
