As you walk in, you encounter a sign stating that “if you are more than 15 min after your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule”… however, when they or the doctors are running over 1.5 hours behind, you are just expected to sit and wait your turn. The least the receptionists can do is call the clients with appointments to inform them of the delay or reschedule. The clients/patients time is just as important and valuable as the doctor’s time. Poor service at best. Seek another provider.
