  • Linda S. Clonch, MD - St. Augustine Kathleen Higgins: Dr. Clonch is a wonderful doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She genuinely cares about her patient. I am lucky to have her for my doctor and I highly recommend her.
Island Doctors - St. Augustine Rhonda Haire: Dr Farhat has been a primary doctor for my mom for many years since he first came to town. She had issues with severe bile reflux for many of those years. She was being treated by an internal Dr who referred out of town for the bile reflux issue. She had gotten so bad that ER visits with phenomia were becoming the norm. Dr Farhat researched and found a Dr in town to see her. Within a few weeks from the first visit with this Dr, she had surgery to take care of the issue. With him wanting to keep her in town she is in her recovery as we speak. My mom praises him daily for saving her life and her current recovery process. She no longer is having the reflux issue.

Harmony Medical - St. Augustine J Hitch: Dr. Vu is the best! His staff is as well! I went there today for a consultation for some procedures and had some face fillers done. He is the nicest doctor and so professional! He is honest and not pushy. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable there! All of staff are very friendly and the office is very nice!
Michael C Hsu MD - St. Augustine Rob Lappa: Excellent surgeon. Experienced, detailed, mindful, friendly and very professional. Many doctors recommend him. His dedication to surgery and ability to educate and reassure patients is impressive. UPDATE: Had a second surgery with Dr. Hsu over 4 years after my first surgery and still find him to be a fantastic surgeon and an extremely professional and friendly physician. If all doctors were even half as caring, skilled and focused as Dr. Hsu, it would transform health care in this country. I hope he has as many years of practice ahead of him as he wishes and will recommend him to anyone who needs a surgeon without the slightest hesitation.
Kudia Ashfaq L MD - St. Augustine Angel Roebuck: I am an Insurance agent, and my member scheduled an appointment, gave all her insurance info, office staff said they accepted her insurance, had her come in and saw her, just to bill her $300 on her third visit. She liked the Doctor, but the office staff is incompetent and rude. If they did not accept her insurance, why would they see her, just to try to bill her $300 on her follow up visits. They scheduled a phone call to try to i guess apologize, but then never even did that. If they do not accept someone insurance, they need to tell the member that so they can go somewhere else.
Dr. Amudha M. Perumal, MD - St. Augustine Ed G: Appointment was easily made. Front desk was professional and accommodating. This is the third visit and all were started on time.
Dr. Jodie Calain - St. Augustine Katie: The unprofessionalism I experienced by this Dr. Calain and Flagler Family Medicine is truly despicable. If you are considering her, please do not disregard her unfavorable reviews on various sites. I was "released" as a patient from a phone conversation with her nurse/assistant where I contested their internal prior authorization office policy. I didn’t elevate my voice, use profanity, or demonstrate any egregious behavior warranting such a punitive outcome. I opposed requiring an in person appointment when Aetna would accept a verbal prior authorization on a medication I had only taken for 2 months. I advocated for myself to avoid an unnecessary fee & not delay medication by requesting an exception to this obvious, revenue seeking policy. The conclusion was to allow the exception considering the circumstances. Lacking any basic decency or communication skills she, nor her assistant informed me of the abrupt “release” or the prior authorization not being called in after being informed it would be. My portal access was disabled and it took me calling days later & being bounced around until someone reluctantly informed me I was no longer a patient due to “my behavior” with the nurse/assistant. A directive straight from Dr. Calain, herself they said. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Thankfully, I had witnesses who heard this “behavior” and affirmed my sanity. This is an abuse of authority as a physician as I have no recourse to contest or a due process. Her rash and unfounded decision has now caused me inconvenience, delay in care, and unnecessary side effects. If a physician can subjectively dismiss patients, which is within their right to do, but without any regard for patient care and for something as bias, infantile, and subjective as a he said/she said conversation, I’m fearful of what else they can do.

Pediatrics of St Augustine - St. Augustine Afra Chaudhri: Dr. Yasin and staff are very pleasant with me and my kids. I have been going there for 16 years and she is my pediatrician for all my kids. I love it here. I never have trouble getting ASAP appointments. They always fit me in whenever theres an emergency. Dr. Yasin is always so nice and sweet and caring when dealing with kids. She makes them feel at ease. My kids are really comfortable with her. Her staff is super friendly and smiling at all times. I love the fact that office makes me and my kids feel at home. It doesnt feel like a doctors office which comforts my kids.
