2 /5 Sandra Sprenger: After waiting 2 months for initial denture appointment for my brother who has a disability, insurance approval, initial visit with Dentist who said he wanted the impressions done, and multiple calls not answered for scheduling (2/23, 2/26, 3/1 and 3/3) I finally get a call today that the dentist doesnt want to do it. What a massive waste of time and just super poor service. I will call the insurance company and let them know that they do not provide this service even though the doc wanted to do impressions after the xray showed it would work. Super disappointed in the service, response, and disrespect for a client. Nearly 3 months of wasted time!! Not to mention the health risk it has put my brother in.
