Camille Killion Excellent experience with Dr. Robbins and his staff. I had three crowns that needed to be done and am very pleased with the results. I have several other crowns from other dentists so I have plenty of experience to compare them to. Dr. Robbins is very thorough with explaining your options and the reasoning behind them. He is not pushy and lets you make the decision that’s best for you. He and his staff really care about their patients. Everyone is friendly and kind, from checking in to checking out. I highly recommend them!

Lesly Gibbs The staff was all very friendly and helpful in making me feel comfortable. Due to a past experience I was beyond terrified but definitely needed to be seen. I got a first time appointment quickly and the check in process while on computer isn’t difficult I was having so much anxiety but the wonderful ladies showed up and completed it for me. I had 2 teeth needed removing asap and I literally felt as if the doctor and staff held my hand while completing the task. That’s how comfortable they made me feel. Definitely going back to complete my dental care and would recommend them 10/10

michelle anderson Dr. Perallon is the best dentist out there. He is honest and uses scopes to see the bad guys. I’ve never seen a dentist use scopes before, but I know I can trust him when he uses them because he’s getting an up close view that order dentists don’t get. Try him out, you won’t regret it!!!!!

VICTOR STIVASON Check in was simple and the wait time was minimal. My Hygienist (Sahara) was super and very friendly as were my Denist and his Assistant. They were both very professional. Highly recommend.

Jeff Borland Horrible horrible money hungry group there. I asked for two simple services. Fix a break in my denture and get a new lining, thats it. But Noooo I gotta do all this extra crap that was irrelevant to my visit. Granted they fixed the break but wanted to send me out the door with no new lining???? How am I supposed to eat when I know for fact it takes 15 minutes to mix up the little stuff of whatever and press it into the denture and have me bite down for roughly 5 minutes. Spit it out trim it up and send me on my way. Easy peazy right noooooo. I walked out of there with my denture in my hand. I will give them this much credit they didnt charge me for the fix just the shame leaving with my teeth in a bag.

The receptionist we had today was lacking, she was very rude from start to finish, had a nasty snarky attitude & we caught her talking about us to another person in office. Definitely miss the girls were use to seeing upfront.

Lori LeBlanc Used to love it here but doctors are in and out now. Whenever we find a good one, they leave. Can’t talk to the office on the phone anymore, get sent to a foreign country to schedule an appointment or get help. Overcharged us on latest bill. Said it was a coding thing. However the appointment was no different than any others we have had and we were charged double the price. Will not be going back after being here for almost 8 years. New ownership is horrible.

maria bush I love the doctors, practitioners and nurses. We see Dr. Imam, he is great! I give only 3 stars because recently the office has started outsourcing calls. Instead of calling the office and speaking with someone there in the office you get an answering service now. I absolutely despise it! It is now impossible to have simple questions answered, relay information to your doctor and its just plain inconvenient to have to sit on the phone only to be told sorry we cant help you you have to make an appointment to speak with someone in the office. Its ridiculous, I hate that.

Sue Linnaberry After having an extensive procedure today...extractions, bone graft and implants...I highly recommend Dr. Drapers office. I agonized over this procedure. BUT....Dr. Draper and his assistant, Carrie, work together perfectly and were both always concerned for my comfort. I felt NO pain throughout the procedure, a little pressure, but no pain. The entire office is pleasant, high tech and very efficient. I agonized for nothing. Again, I highly recommend this office.

They knew my name without me having to speak, which was great because Im not sure if I could have. Then the hygienist, Amber, was very comforting as I explained my history and the help I was looking for. Despite my emotional state, I never once felt judged or pressured. Dr. Draper was very kind and understanding and gave the worst case scenario for pricing, which I appreciate because its never fun to find out it will be more expensive than anticipated. I have my second appointment scheduled with them to get started fixing things and although Im still very anxious about the process, I really feel like they care about their patients. I would not go back if I felt any other way

xiaoling peng It’s my first time to HARBOUR Dental Care which is located in 1721 St John’s Ave. Palatka, 32177. The tooth hygienist Mrs Kaitlyn checked my teeth carefully and did a through cleaning. She did great job. Dr. Olive is a very good doctor, he explained to me in his own friendly and professional way, trying to help me understand what’s going on my teeth issues. Mr. Emmancel is very nice and helpful about my future treatment and some insurance matters. And Mrs Brooklyn and Kelly are nice and friendly , doing their jobs so well. Overall that was a great experience and they did great work!

I was quoted 1 price to get teeth pulled but after the procedure the Dr said it didnt end up being as complex as he originally thought so I actually ended up paying less that day.

Krista Paul My experience is they don’t do anything here. I was told they could not pull my tooth here. I was seen at other dentists in town. It was possible to pull it as long as I paid a ridiculous amount of cash. Since this is the only Medicaid office in palatka it is sad that the dentists they employ are unqualified (or unwilling) to perform dentistry. I am currently pulling it with pliers and going to the emergency room when I’m done. That is our Medicaid dental in palatka

Ebony E. I came there about a broken tooth, and I made it clear that is what I came for. The dentist ignored the broken tooth and tried to pull a wisdom teeth that is not bothering me. When I told her no, that she cant pull my wisdom tooth, she rudely took off her gloves and walked off. I drove an hour away from home to deal with this unprofessionalism. Find somewhere else to go because they are more interested in getting money out of you instead of making sure you prevent yourself from having to spend more in the future...she didnt fix the broken tooth by the way, she refused to fix it because I wouldnt let her pull my wisdom out.. I will never use them again for service. Stand your ground with these dentist trying to hustle you out of money. Get second opinions because my other dentist didnt need to pull it.

Raleigh n Crystal Hamrick I have had both my kids go here. My daughter would not let them touch her teeth at all so I had to take her somewhere else. Maybe because they wont let the parents go back with the kids, especially the smaller ones to make them feel more comfortable. My son though, he hasbhad no problems going there. Sometimes the wait can be outrageously long and sometimes it is very quick. Just depends, I guess. I have had no problems with the office staff. There was one time they canceled my sons appointment 3 months in a row which got rather annoying. Other than that I still take him and its been years hes been going there.

Mike Mouri Dr. Rex Painter has both dental & medical degrees & is excellent in both professional fields. When I discovered I needed a dental implant, I researched to find the best dentist who could do it at a reasonable price fitting my busy schedule & called him for a consultation. He answered all my questions so I made an appointment & flew all the way from Hawaii to Florida for my oral surgical care at the end of January. He has the latest cone beam CT scanner & dental equipment. The receptionist/office manager Ann Marie greeted me, efficiently recorded all my information & arranged for my pain medicine prescription to be waiting for me at a local pharmacy after the surgery. One of his assistants Barbara took me back to the CT scanner where another dental assistant Esmeralda operated the machine & took my high tech x-rays. His dental hygienist Francine checked with me & inquired about my last cleaning & fluoride treatment. Esmeralda escorted me to the dental bay where I met Dr. Painter who explained everything in great detail & showed me the x-rays. He immediately commenced the surgery & the implant was inserted in 5 minutes after a local anaesthetic numbed up the gums overlying the bone. It was entirely painless for me which I know is not a typical patient reaction because I also perform dental implants at my part-time dental practice in Honolulu. It indicates that Dr. Painter has the same experience doing dental implants as oromaxillofacial surgeons & he has performed 12,000 more dental implants than me. I never had to use the prescription pain pills & only took one ibuprofen after the surgery. I am so impressed by the care from Dr. Painter & his staff that I will return to have him complete the process & place a crown on the implant. I am also transferring all my dental care to him & will see him at his First City Dental Office in St. Augustine for routine dental care later this month. His staff informed me that he treats many other dentists & physicians in his two offices & his reputation is well deserved. So please take my advice as an ER physician and general dentist who also does dental implants, Dr. Rex Painter is the BEST doctor & surgeon & Floridians are so lucky to have him living & working there, When you make your appointment with Ann Marie, please tell her that Dr. Mike referred you!

After a quick phone call I was able to be seen the very next day! DR. Drew is awesome and did a phenomenal job!! His newest addition is Dr."Drew" and she does a great job and is very thorough at explaining how and what she plans to do when performing any procedure, she is a professional at her work, yet she is caring for her patiences. I expect Dr. Drew Wilbur will be at this practice for years to come and will follow the footsteps of Dr. Steven Beckett at being the best dentist in Putnam county.

Tiffany Windish Waited 2 weeks for an EMERGENCY appointment just for them to say they can’t do anything because they didn’t have the staff. Dentist was very nice but all I got was a referral to go to a different dentist. This place shouldn’t be open if they can’t do anything for patients.

Sandra Sprenger After waiting 2 months for initial denture appointment for my brother who has a disability, insurance approval, initial visit with Dentist who said he wanted the impressions done, and multiple calls not answered for scheduling (2/23, 2/26, 3/1 and 3/3) I finally get a call today that the dentist doesnt want to do it. What a massive waste of time and just super poor service. I will call the insurance company and let them know that they do not provide this service even though the doc wanted to do impressions after the xray showed it would work. Super disappointed in the service, response, and disrespect for a client. Nearly 3 months of wasted time!! Not to mention the health risk it has put my brother in.

The only reason I know about this is that I keep getting (rather confidential) emails for this doctor for at least a decade now as apparently our emails are similar. Repeated sustained attempts to reach him to rectify this error have been unsuccessful. Maybe this review will prompt some action.

Mark B Dr. Beckett and his staff were all professional and very personable. I was in a level of pain and discomfort and needed something done promptly. They brought me in, performed the procedures and was discharged from phone call to exit home in less than 2 hours for a more than fair price. I had an enjoyable time even through a tooth extraction on a Monday morning and that says a lot. I will definitely be going back for future dental needs. If you are looking for local dentist, I would recommend them completely.

scott hardy First time I have ever had a doctor go to such length to explain my x-rays, and exactly what was going on with my aching tooth. Dr Pairot literally drew it out on paper to detail what was going on with my teeth. He honestly sounded as though he cared about me as a patient and gave me the best options for my situation. I appreciate that he wanted to salvage my tooth rather than just pull it like most other dentist. He was very easy to talk with and had a fun sense of humor I would highly recommend, also I was charged... nothing! Very grateful!
