1 /5 Lisa Groshans: I was misdiagnosed and given medication that will raise my blood sugar even though the medical advisor knew I am diabetic. So, I paid a hundred dollars for nothing. No cure, just bad service. I will not go back to this urgent care.
Update: The manager of this facility called me the next day and had me discuss my visit. I told her what happened and she requested that I come back to be treated again (free of charge this time). I came back. They let me skip the large line of people that was there, brought me back into a room, and triaged me right away. Then a provider reviewed my chart and came in to see me. All the staff there was very polite and professional. They diagnosed me, gave me a shot, directions, a referral for an X-ray, and sent in to my pharmacy for a prescription. I was very happy and satisfied that I was taken care of. Thank you Quick Care Med. I give this last visit a 5 star review.
