1 /5 Levaughn Beard: The billing coordinator is not very friendly nor is she customer focused. I went here to have some treatment for my teeth, only to find out after a review of the treatment plan that they use a specialist that is not in network for my insurance. I think she is ok with me having to pay $8,000 in work when my insurance can pay most of this if they were in network. My ask was to get a referral to another doctor that was and I specially asked her to email me, but she came back to say that my dentist was out of the office until Monday (today). She refused to send me a referral because “she’s not a Dr” I asked if another dentist can do it and she said no. She would email me a general referral. Of course no email was sent. Now I will just go to another provider. I suggest you be upfront and explain things better and get someone that has an overall better attitude dealing with the public.

5 /5 Dale: Amazing how positive an experience can be for an apprehensive patient! The doctor is wonderful and took the time to explain everything to me. He has a staff that was compassionate and supportive throughout the visit. I’m so grateful to be able to leave the office with an appointment for the first visit getting me closer, to get my smile back.

1 /5 KC: Final 2nd edit to response: they credited back my $30 they actually kept the hundred dollars extra after scamming my insurance companies for $300 for the first visit in which they told me there would be a cleaning and after waited over a month for appointment. Went somewhere else on one days notice, I got a deep cleaning x-rays and oral exam for under $100. Turned out to be a total blessing that I found another dentist after being new to the area moving forward. So all in all after a couple calls finally took Gianna to give me a call back. She sarcastically said will send you back the $30 credited to your Credit card. Call came through as Barton Ross. I’m not sure if that’s affiliated with Regency dental. Too liberty to look them up on business Better Business Bureau BBB and they’re *not accredited through them if anybody would like to look that up . My edit to response: thank you for at least answering here. Emailed a couple times no response at this point keep the $30 yes $30 (not 30,000) requested back from the front desk scamming me which I wasn’t told it was gonna be extra on top of the so-called co-pay of $100. You have my information and all honesty keep it & buy the secretary Lunch that told me that I would have insurance coverage for Cleaning x-ray and oral examination on first visit for new client. Been Business for decades and a landlord myself I know be next to Publix must be very high rent there and won’t be surprised if you guys moves if you have an 10 year lease in the next couple years. The way the practice is set up with the front secretaries & multiple techs and a visit from the dentist seems just like a money scam at this point on the insurance companies. Like I said, keep” the $30 and buy your secretary’s lunch that told me I would have full service as a new client and the hundred dollar co-pay I guess at this point has disappeared to can use that towards rent in that expensive area you’re at. I have dentist friends up north near my business and bragged going on vacation all the time. BTW I Actually ended up going to somewhere else got a full deep cleaning x-rays and oral examination. There was 2 two items were not seen at all that were found at Regency so now I really do doubt authenticity of what they’re looking to charge for. They’ll tell you your insurance covers everything on the first visit; they’ll charge you first when you walk in the door and then they say you need to reschedule for a cleaning because you are a new patient and we had to do x-rays and examination. The cleaning is more expensive than any place probably double without insurance. I’m putting a claim form into the insurance which they charge me and they charge insurance company and making another phone call as well. I was told prior to the first visit it’s all covered under your insurance, including a cleaning on the first visit. Also they do an extra oral exam form which you don’t need for an extra charge and they’ll not tell you the charge is extra.

1 /5 Stephanie Jeanty: Worst dental place they will do anything to just take your money and that’s all they care about Tell It To The other People That Had The Same Experience Your Office only Care About money And if You try To tell Me Im Lying People will Find out On There Own Once they Get There Passport Done and Do To turkey Or Columbia For treatment That you guys Are charging Thousands for And your Lab tech is From Columbia He is The one Who told me To go there So what Does that Say About Your office You making Thousand And under pay Your Staff Thats why They dont Last either Bellow Is the implant that You guys charge that came off And under is the implant thats was loose and came off When I told you guys That there was nothing Done about it. Do you know how much those two cost me from your office.
