1 /5 Levaughn Beard: The billing coordinator is not very friendly nor is she customer focused. I went here to have some treatment for my teeth, only to find out after a review of the treatment plan that they use a specialist that is not in network for my insurance. I think she is ok with me having to pay $8,000 in work when my insurance can pay most of this if they were in network.
My ask was to get a referral to another doctor that was and I specially asked her to email me, but she came back to say that my dentist was out of the office until Monday (today). She refused to send me a referral because “she’s not a Dr” I asked if another dentist can do it and she said no. She would email me a general referral. Of course no email was sent.
Now I will just go to another provider. I suggest you be upfront and explain things better and get someone that has an overall better attitude dealing with the public.
