1 /5 Tina Mass1022: First time visiting this facility. Have been given the run around by the staff having me call insurance for a list of covered medications. I called the pharmacy because I told they should have given me something that was compatible with the script and covered by insurance. Pharmacist said oh no we don’t do that. We leave the script writing up to the doctor. I call the insurance, the customer service rep tells me she can’t do that because she is not a doctor. Meanwhile the doctor’s office is telling me I have to do my own research to find what is compatible with what was prescribed. I don’t have the physical script. I’m not a doctor to remember what the prescription was. It’s not something I have been taking. I call the doctor’s office back for them to tell me it will be 72 hours if I receive a response. This ordeal took an hour & 40 minutes. I wish people would actually do the job they’re paid to do. I do everything I can for my client’s. Time to find a new doctor for the new doctor. This was a waste of time & $$.
