3 /5 Susan Y: Thomas did my nails the first few times and is very good, patient, and accommodating. However the last 2 times, another technician did my nails and I was not happy with them. I told and showed the tech what I didn’t like about the previous service. Nails were too thick and not natural appearing at all. I requested an ombré of blue and green. Attaching a photo. Not an ombré AT ALL. And more “humped up” and thicker than before.

4 /5 Lisa James: I had a dip. Loved this place they were so fun and did a detailed and fantastic job. The place was pretty fume-ee. Meaning the lacquer smell is strong. BUT the detail and care of the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend Thomas.

Cozy Nails - Jacksonville Semegn Tilahun: I appreciate and love Cozy Nail. The service is amazing. Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue. They make sure i leave looking and feeling amazing. Each visit I witnessed from all the staffs, they are very friendly and try their best to give everyone the best experience possible. Thank you Cozy Nail!

King Palace Nails - Jacksonville Frierson Chrystal (Chrys): I’m new to Florida and needed my nails filled in. They’re open til 20:00 which works perfectly for me. I came in around 18:45 and was started on instantly. The tech was quick and done a wonderful job. She was done by 19:30 and I was super happy. One of the best experiences and colors I’ve had. I don’t know how I ended up posting the review on a different company but I did. I apologize that the credit wasn’t placed here. I’m returning tonight to get them done again when I realize the review wasn’t here. I live only a mile away and it just makes life that much easier to come to a place that does such a perfect job and knows what I want. Thanks!

Pablo Nail - Jacksonville Beach Haley Shelar: Best pedicure at the beaches! My experience has always been positive, but today takes the cake. I came in with my 9 month old for my first postpartum pedicure. We had made an appointment but did not tell the store I would have a baby carrier with me. When we got there, they almost immediately sat me in the very first pedicure chair, the one with the most room around it. They set up a chair and ottoman for my babies carrier to sit on so she was within arms of me and she could see me clearly. It meant more than they know! My heels were roughed up from walking on jagged rocks, and they are smooth as baby skin now! I chose gel polish with my pedicure and asked for ghost designs on my big toes. I absolutely love how they came out! Four days ago I had a negative experience at a different nail salon during a manicure, but I will be coming to Pablo when I’m ready for a fresh set! Amazing salon, tons of color choices, very clean, But they do not use individually wrapped tools. Would 10/10 recommend!

Bartram Nails Jacksonville - Jacksonville Brooklyn McLeod: This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!
