Frierson Chrystal (Chrys) I’m new to Florida and needed my nails filled in. They’re open til 20:00 which works perfectly for me. I came in around 18:45 and was started on instantly. The tech was quick and done a wonderful job. She was done by 19:30 and I was super happy. One of the best experiences and colors I’ve had. I don’t know how I ended up posting the review on a different company but I did. I apologize that the credit wasn’t placed here. I’m returning tonight to get them done again when I realize the review wasn’t here. I live only a mile away and it just makes life that much easier to come to a place that does such a perfect job and knows what I want. Thanks!

jayden strong This is the best nail salon in the area the atmosphere is wonderful they serve you water/wine/ sodas I 100% recommend this place!! Quinn and Kim are the absolute best at pedicures I will not go anywhere else

Dee Gee I gave this place a chance and they failed. The lady came over with a frown and had an attitude the whole time while doing my nails. While I tried to have a conversation with her to see how her day was going; all the while, she was very short in her tone and replied she wasnt going to do any talking at all just doing my nails but she spoke in her language several times and laughed out loud (strange). While I understand everyone isnt a talker youre dealing with customers so you should at least be inviting.

Victoria Mercado I had a fantastic experience at Trendy Nails! I got an acrylic nail set, and they turned out perfect. The staff is super friendly and skilled, and the salon is clean and relaxing. I’m absolutely in love with my nails and will definitely be back!

Brenna Sullivan I wouldn’t go to this salon again. I desperately needed a pedicure having not had one since before Christmas. I work long hours on my feet all day long in the OR. When I chose this place I called ahead of time and said I could be there in 45 min they wrote my name down and said no problem. Upon my arrival I waited over 20min before I was taken back when I sat down I waited another 15 minutes while the man doing my pedicure finished with another customer. I almost got up and left with my feet still soaking wet and I wish I would have bc this man gave me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience that a woman or man should be able to sit back and enjoy. That’s the whole point right?? This man was so rough with my feet hurt me so bad and made me bleed twice. I still have a scab on my big toe and the gel on one of them had already came off it hasn’t even been 48 hrs. To add to that Another customer getting a pedicure was already there before I arrived and finished the same time I did so mine was extremely rushed dude was looking out the window to the parking the entire time like he wanted to leave and was worried about more customers coming in.. and would have rather been turned away and let these people go home than get a shit pedicure that you know you did a bad job on bc you voluntarily give the customer a discount at the end. Worst experience ever.

Silvia B Go to Julie if you want Gel X, she did an AMAZING job on my nails. She was very friendly and talented. She does charms and nail designs too. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out, super clean and excellent service.

Kimberly Moritz We go back and forth between New York and Jacksonville. The mani/pedis I’ve gotten at Cozy Nails are the very best of anywhere I’ve been. They look perfect and last longer than anywhere else. The salon is super clean and this mom and pop shop has the owners there doing a job to perfection every day. I make it a point to get my nails done here every chance I get. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment! They are the best in the nail business.

Cheryl Martin The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!

Andrea Reed They are dishonest. I went in for a basic mani and pedi, and the cashier attempted to overcharge me, claiming it was $40 for gel polish, $20 for my hands, and $20 for my feet. I’ve supported their business before, so to see them take advantage of their customers like this is disappointing. If you decide to visit, be sure you’re clear on the pricing upfront, or they’ll inflate your bill and take advantage of you.

Veronica Sisto UPDATE - After getting my nails done on a Friday I had two broken nails by Sunday morning. I went in on Monday (they were closed Sunday) and they fixed them free of charge which was great. However it has now only been a week later and I have 5 chipped nails now. I am so disappointed and have never had this happen with years of getting dip nails. Friendly service and beautiful work! Family run business with great prices

This place is amazing me and my mom first time we got free hand facials… the service was put of this world everyone was so kind and uplifting deftly big girl friendly i have went to alot of shops and they never catered to me like this place i will be back 1000000 more times my new nail shop

Susan Y Thomas did my nails the first few times and is very good, patient, and accommodating. However the last 2 times, another technician did my nails and I was not happy with them. I told and showed the tech what I didn’t like about the previous service. Nails were too thick and not natural appearing at all. I requested an ombré of blue and green. Attaching a photo. Not an ombré AT ALL. And more “humped up” and thicker than before.

Crystal Armstrong I had a fabulous time yesterday, I didn’t even know they were in my neighborhood and I had random time without children so I wanted to get my nails done. I came in with the expectations one does walking into a random salon only to leave a huge fan. Not only was the man who did my nails incredibly friendly, but it was obvious he cares about the work he does and he has made a new regular and fan out of me - we are about to be besties for life because nobody has ever done my nails so well and I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

joseline Poo HORRIBLE!!! Stay as far away from this place as possible if you value your time! I went in the day before Valentine’s Day for a simple acrylic set, requesting a tapered square shape. As the tech was filing my nails, they started to look more like coffin, so I asked if he could fix it. Instead, he started yelling at me, insisting that he knew his shapes and trying to continue. I explained that I didn’t want coffin and asked him to adjust it, but he flat-out refused. At this point, I asked him to just remove the nails so I could go somewhere else. He cut off the tips and left them unfinished, then REFUSED to soak them off. To make matters worse, he started berating me in front of the whole salon, accusing me of wasting his time. It was incredibly humiliating. Then, he stormed off to the back, leaving me stuck. I just wanted the nails off at that point, but he refused again, saying he was the manager and wouldnt let anyone else remove them either. I had to pay another salon to remove the nails and redo my set. What should have taken no more than two hours ended up wasting my entire day. This man was beyond rude, had ZERO customer service skills, and was completely defensive about any kind of constructive criticism. DO NOT waste your time or money here! Clearly, as a paying customer, you’re not allowed to voice your concerns without being treated horribly. The other salon I went to had much friendlier, professional staff who actually understood what tapered square meant. If you’re thinking about coming here, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

Meghan Barbera I’ve been searching for a go-to nail salon in the area and I think this is my spot! The salon is super clean and they used fresh equipment for my nails. Londa was so kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. She really took her time and was so meticulous while she was painting. I think it’s the best manicure I’ve ever received! I will definitely be returning!

Charlotte Boyer This place was fast and friendly. I made an appointment was was seen for a fill in. I ended up having two nails redone and this was two weeks ago and my nails still look amazing! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere if I lived closer I would make them my regular.

Nattaly Juarez I miss this place...I tired a lot of nail salons in Saint Johns FL, nothing compares to Roxys services, care and quality. My nails look amazing...really!! No one rushed me out and I didnt wait at all to be served I was in a chair in no time. They have all the staff and services on site. Newly renovated, so clean! Their classic massage alone is worth visiting them. LOVE ❤️ L O V E this place I recommend it definitely 100%

I have had many pedicures and she gives the very best !!!I have been coming here for 5 years and drive from almost Callahan for the amazing service !!!!!!! Everyone is so kind here … the whole family comes here. Sophia treats my grand daughter like a total princess . I highly recommend!!! I have NEVER had any issues here !!!! Jasmine Spares The quality of customer service has changed since Manager has become owner (Sofi) I was there getting my nails done and the manager walked over to a customer and said your friend paid for your nails, and she left and only 5 dollar tip. So was so rude about it to the customer in the store. I will say this it seems to be a regular thing at FL nails that they talk about their customers. Most reviews are accurate they do share items And if you pay attention they do not come in sterile bags from an autoclave I have decided not to return here anymore after 8 years as regular monthly customer

Anna G It was my first time here and my husband’s first manicure ever and oh my god they slayed it! I will be coming back we are obsessed! Maly was so sweet and so quick! I’ve always wanted cat eye nails but not a lot of areas offer it, so it was such a fun surprise. My sister in law had a bad experience at a previous salon also! And I recommend she went there and they fixed them so fast. 11/10 can’t recommend them more.

kaydene williams Needed a quick set and pedicure for pictures. Wasn’t expecting much but was still disappointed. I guess you only get great service if you accept the upsells the keep pushing. First 2 pics were the day they were done 9/29. Immediately hated the shape & length but they were cut before I could say anything so I accepted it. Entire service felt rushed and the nails weren’t even painted properly. The last 2 I took today 5 days later- 1 nail fell off and the paint is rubbing off all the tips. I know I didn’t get gel but this isn’t OPI at all. It’s like they refill the bottles with lesser quality nail polish. I use OPI at home and it normally lasts longer than a week. Pedicure was ok but also felt rushed. Prices are decent but it’s still shoddy work for ppls hard earned money. I won’t be back.

Victoria Pearl Normally my experience is good. I had a different tech from the last time and she caused me to walk around with an infected toe for about 3 weeks because she dug too deep. I could barely walk in closed toe shoes which sucks being that im a correctional officer so i have to wear boots! They also did not apply my discount from points I earned. I dont know why they feel like thats how pedicures go. I learned in cosmetology school that you dont do that for this reason! I forgot the ladys name I wish I would have written it down. I been so busy I forgot to post. I had my service done on 7/11 and I just got back to normal about a week ago.

It seemed slower today and we were immediately seated, but the place offers lots of seating to accommodate high trafficked times. We were both pleased with the services we were provided as well as the cleanliness of the entire space.

Rachel Shepard Kevin did a fabulous job on my Christmas nails today! I just had to share some photos. Kevin did a beautiful job on my tortoise shell nail request! Not only does he do a beautiful job, he is very efficient with time.

Rebecca Ammon I’ve been seeing Kevin for months and he always does a great job. He is able to recreate any inspo I send him, which is hard to find in a nail tech! My nails weren’t doing great when I first saw him (the dip started to lift after only a week), and I was really frustrated. He uses a gel builder technique that always lasts a minimum of 3 weeks. It would probably last longer, but I can’t stand the super grown out look! French ombré seems to be his specialty.

Randii Stumbo My nails were messed up before and the lady fixed them and they look 10 times better not to mention she did an amazing job on my pedicure as well and they are so nice and just overall an amazing experience ! Will be coming here from now on they’re definitely underrated!

Valencia Valdes Worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon if you like flat and good looking nails do not come here. I’m usually not a picky person but the lady I got wanted it to do her way which was lumpy and not what I asked for at all, mind you this was today on my birthday. Never will return and never would recommend this nail salon at all. 65$ for powder and an eyebrow wax wasted. I got my nails done nov 13 and nov 18 my nails have already cracked

She is very sweet and friendly and she did a fantastic job. I booked my four week appointment before I left the shop.
