5 /5 Jim D: I have known Rob for years. Rob has always been honest and extremely affordable. Rob always beats any price I have ever brought to his shop. When the hurricanes hit here, I had to evacuate to Georgia. On my way to Georgia I started hearing a loud knock coming from what sounded like my engine. When I got to Georgia, I took it to a Walmart to have the oil checked and changed. The oil change went fine however on my way home from Georgia I pulled over to get something to eat and did a walk around on my van just to make sure everything was in order. I noticed that there was some type of grease covering both of my back doors and my bumper. So when I got back to town, I took it to two different mechanics to get a diagnosis of the problem. Both mechanics told me I needed a new motor. I then took it to Rob and literally within two minutes Rob told me this was my lucky day. He said it’s not your motor. It’s the catalytic converters. Rob saved me the cost of a new motor. Rob also took a look underneath my van to see what caused the grease on the back of my doors. He immediately discovered that Walmart stripped out the drain plug to my oil pan. I took my van into him about mid morning and within a few hours, Rob was completely done and my van ran better than it has in a long time. Today I am having Rob replace the evaporator on my air conditioner. And again he has beaten any price that I presented to him.I highly suggest if you’re going to have auto repair done give Rob a call.
