    Susan Kirkland: Daughter bought a used tire. For $70.00. Which was terrible. but she didnt have a choice. On her way to work tire went flat and left her stranded. My husband called to see if they would send their service truck out to fix it. Owner was rude and said NO. So leave a single mother on the road. She was able to get someone to fix the flat. Worst customer service and service!!!!

    Diane Lynn: In Jan one of their drivers wrecked our motorhome and car. They got the car repaired beautifully. However, now we can’t get acknowledgment of the estimates sent to start motorhome repairs. We have a co who can replace skylights and it has to go to body shop after for the holes and lights ( because fiberglass under the marker lights are damaged). I have texted, my husband and the rv repair co have called. Usually voice mail is full. I can get reply that I am not in office as my office said ( I did not call I am guessing rv repair did) and will look at them tomorrow. That was 2 weeks ago. We had trouble finding anyone to do this major repair at our location because moving it with now hanging skylight would cause more damage. And honestly they are only co near by who could tow it and you see how that ended. We just want it fixed. Nothing fancy, just back together and useable. The shop who did car was surprised when we didn’t request full paint and so on. We just need the damage

    Kiara Rivera: I was told the alternator on my car was bad. He changed it but two weeks after it being changed, it was still having the same issues. I spent $500 for pretty much nothing. It was difficult to pay with a card because he only accepted money transfer and I Did not get a receipt or confirmation of my payment. Would not recommend. It was over priced and lacked urgency in getting my car fixed. Don’t waste your time and money like I did- just go to a real mechanic.

    F G: Update: 3 months after we posted this review, the owner replies “funny don’t remember any of this” which is very telling of a company whom we are already giving a one star review to. They didn’t say “call us to see if we can resolve your issue” or “sorry for your experience please call to tell us more so we can better understand what happened” none of that. Instead we are basically called liars months after the review. We don’t lie, we bring receipts. I highly recommend people shop elsewhere because this is now two unprofessional responses to an inconvenience THEY caused. Uncourteous staff. Parts did not arrive in time for our appointment, an inconvenience but understandable. However, no phone call to reschedule our appointment and then they were aggravated with us because we couldn’t leave the vehicle there indefinitely that day or possibly beyond that day. Made a snide comment about not knowing that the vehicle would be getting dropped off and had to be picked up before 2 pm to pick up children from school. Mind you we had a 9 am appointment for a less than 2 hour install. Just to be clear, you are the service provider and you should communicate to your customer. All of this could have been avoided by making a simple phone call asking us to reschedule before our appointment time. Or at least not catching an attitude for something that was not our fault. Never coming back here.
