Not only did they do the correct repairs but also fixed the mistakes from previous mechanics. On top of that they put everything in writing on the bill. Great customer service and speedy service. 5 /5 Tomas Aguirre: We were traveling from Orlando, Florida, back to Longview, Texas, a 16-hour drive, and we broke down in DeFuniak, Florida. Our alternator went out, and I looked up places on Google that could bail us out. By far, these guys are the best. We told them the situation, and they more than helped. They got to our vehicle immediately and even carried us to the hotel and came and picked us up in the morning as soon as it was ready. Amazing service. Before we left town, our vehicle broke again with an unrelated issue, and we called them. They immediately sent a tow truck to come pick us up and a separate vehicle to pick up me and my family and brought us to the shop free of charge. They got us fixed and back up and going. These guys are amazing. We couldn’t have made it back home without them and their honest and price-friendly service and willingness to help out a stranded family, which speaks volumes about the integrity and value this place has. We will forever be grateful for choosing this place.
