1 /5 Karen Worley: Im giving one star simply because the nail tech was just a sweetheart trying to do the best she could. The location just opened so I am taking that into accountability. When arrived, no air I needed a pedicure, but no chairs to do pedicures yet and I knew that going into the shop and they had a delay on their equipment being delivered so I fully understand that.
When you first walk in, the shop looks adorable. Then once you look around, it was very dirty. I went to use the Restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom is dirty with boom boom In the toilet.
Granted, there was a young child there that had left that behind and the owner did apologize for that.
I had to remind the nail tech after removing gel polish, and my nails being filed that I needed to wash my hands because the powder all over them before she started painting my nails.
Her table was dirty on the Customer side and Sticky
To remove gel polish by soaking your fingers and A tray to remove the polish and to simply repaint the gel with a clear color cost me $72 which is outrageous! The owner was originally nice, but when I explained how I felt my service and the establishment was, she did not take constructive criticism properly.
I hate to leave bad reviews, especially because of my name… Lol, but I felt as if it should be told.
