1 /5 Danielle Salgado: Been here a few times and it was decent. Its cheaper and closer than my usual spot. Today was terrible! I am going to have to go home and paint over this or pay to have someone else fix it. I tried speaking to the manager and he YELLED at me!
Due to an extreme language barrier, I ended up with the wrong nail shape and colors that I am not happy with at all. The nail tech was using hand gestures to communicate and ask me questions. Limited English does not usually bother me at all. This was beyond the point of being able to communicate functionally. There were no words spoken, the entire time..zero!
By the time she understood that I was saying I was unhappy (the color was completely different than the provided sample), she had painted all my toes with gel. She finally asked the manager to help her understand what I was telling her. Then, he yelled at me for not telling her sooner! It was bad enough that they had an assistant do my manicure on a stool wedged between pedicure chairs (couldve done better myself), but the service was really unprofessional today. I am very upset that I paid for this.
