1 /5 Lucas Tavares: I just had the worst experience of my life with this shop. I honestly never thought a professional company would treat customers the same way I was treated when I spoke to one of R&R owner’s. This gentleman, completely rude and impulsive, yelled at me saying hes not a Magician, acting completely aggressive and intimidating. Completely scary, and for a moment I thought I would be attacked…. COMPLETELY TERRIFYING. I took my car to their Shop to reaper the steering wheel system. they diagnosed my car and replaced alternator, spark plugs, belts and a bunch other parts but my car still have the same problems. R&R owner did exactly what I mentioned in first paragraph when I ran back to their office to ask them about the misdiagnose the gave to me, he said they will not solve my problems or give me any refund, slammed the door and ran away form the shop. I paid 1700$ and my car still NOT properly fixed. R&R is a Completely unprofessional and R&R owner is RUDE and out of mind.
