4 /5 Astrida McFarland: My daughter has been a patient here for a couple of years for her dental work, including recently. She has not had the same experience as many of the negative reviewers have experienced. Dr. Espinet has been her dentist and has been courteous, timely, and professional. She has also been pleased with her hygienist. One suggestion that she did have was that some of the staff at the front desk could use more training because they lacked general information about office procedures. I called to make an appointment at one time, but they do not accept my insurance. I go to someone else. Street parking. Im not sure if they have parking behind their office.

5 /5 Who’s EBK: This office has treated me amazing. I want to specifically shout out the manager of this office Jackie. She was very respectful and professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely recommend this Dental office to all my friends and family!

1 /5 Jessica Lord: I’ve been coming here for years despite ongoing scheduling issues, only because I liked my hygienist, Danny, (who no longer works there) and the dentist was gentle. Today was the last straw. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:00, but I got a text saying 11:30. I called and was told 11:00, so I rushed to get there. After waiting an hour with no update, I asked, and only then was I told I’d need to wait another hour. No voicemail was ever left—just a missed call and automated text, which is why I called in the first place. The apology I got was full of excuses. I left with out a cleaning just wasted my time. Also, needing to book two separate appointments for a basic cleaning and checkup seems excessive. I won’t be coming back, and I hope this helps others who value their time.

However, the practice suffers from significant operational inefficiencies. Throughout my extensive experience with various dental practices—having visited more than eight due to relocations—Ive observed a standard protocol: x-rays first, followed by cleaning, concluding with a brief 5-10 minute consultation where the dentist reviews findings. My recent appointment diverged dramatically from this efficient model. After a 10-minute wait, I received only a gum examination before being redirected to the waiting area for an additional 50 minutes. Only then was I taken for x-rays and the doctors consultation. Ninety minutes into my appointment, I had yet to receive the actual cleaning—the primary purpose of my visit. For new patients especially, I would strongly recommend the practice reorganize their appointment flow: complete x-rays and cleaning before the doctors examination. This restructuring would reasonably allow appointments to conclude within an hour, rather than extending beyond two hours for even the most routine visits. Perhaps most concerning was the unexpected $180 charge for "fluids" and "supplies" associated with a standard cleaning—a procedure typically covered in full by insurance. This appears to be an unfortunate attempt to generate additional revenue through questionable billing practices, which undermines the otherwise positive qualities of the dental professional.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I walked out given the absurdity of the visit.
