5 /5 Pedro Ramos: True professionals took time to explain the whole process. Procedure took over three hours. Great thing we were informed ahead of time. Drs and nurses were exceptionally very understanding and patient. No complaints. Just many thanks for being human and caring for your patients. We recommend to family and friends in the area.

1 /5 CM: Visited this dental office for the first time today with my daughter, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM, but we waited 40 minutes just to be seen by the hygienist for X-rays. After that, we were taken to a room, where she had her X-rays done, and then waited another 30 minutes while staff tried to determine if there was availability for a cleaning. The office was visibly dirty, which was concerning in a medical setting. While the front desk staff was friendly, the hygienist we interacted with lacked any bedside manner—especially important when working with children. The dentist was in the room for less than two minutes, quickly glanced at my daughter’s teeth, said everything looked fine, and left without much interaction. We only came here due to an insurance change, but we won’t be returning. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and uncomfortable—especially for a child.

5 /5 Ivory Hutt: We always have such a good experience here. The staff are super friendly and great with kids. The pediatric dentist is very patient and kind with kiddos. My girls have been coming here since they were little and have never had a bad experience even when braces came into play.

3 /5 Dave _.C._: Outstanding staff. Walked in the door and was greeted immediately even though people were being helped and everyone was occupied! Norma, my nurse/Dr assistant was awesome, kind and caring about how I was feeling. She could tell I was a bit uneasy at first. Ill get to that in a minute... Not because of any staff though. Doctor Capriles has a great bed side manner, was nice, seemed very competent, thorough and listened very carefully in order to address all of my concerns. Cassandra, the hygenist, was my favorite part of the visit. She was highly competent in that She knew I had inflammed gums so She premptively told Norma to retrieve the plastic prod instead of the metal She had in front of her. Hence to lessen the pain on my gums. She was cracking jokes and I really enjoyed her most cause She was upbeat and She seemed the most happy to be there. Now the cons. Well everyone was wiping down stuff that was touched after use. However the walls were Disgusting! Like slop and stained all over the place. The room I was seen in was not private which Ive never experienced before. I was really aprehensive about even staying at first because there was another patient in the same room as me. I just got x-rays so I didnt need to hear the guy next to me getting his spit sucked out of his mouth and cursing while talking. Just very un- classy environment. Especially for a "Doctors" office. Furthermore there were no doors on the rooms so everyone across the way/corridor and walkers by could see me. Just extremely uncomfortable. Now the billing. Lol. I asked them to do everything that was included free. Which they did...x-rays and exam. Now Im supposed to get a regular cleaning free. To my surprise if I wanted to go back to get a cleaning it wasnt included cause I need a "deep" cleaning. Well that deep cleaning is over $900 out of pocket with a Gold insurance. Yes just the deep cleaning was over $900 WiTH my insurance! Insane. I told them I didnt have that kind of money so you would think they would have asked if I just wanted the "included" surface cleaning but nope. I really cant believe how nice all the staff was to me but thats probably cause they are getting paid so well charging almost a Thousand Dollars for a cleaning. Saying it would take two seperate days and out of 50 or more dentist visits Ive never heard of such a thing?! I feel like its just so they can charge me twice. Whatever Ill never go back cause I feel like Im being ripped off and cause of the dirty environment. Unkempt bathroom and air filter in the waiting area was packed full of dust on the intake and the replace filter light was on. Looked like filter hadnt been replaced in like a year. Ok so guys moral of the story. I do not care how nice and friendly everyone was. I care about being taken advantage of, and I feel like I was, and I care about the cleanliness of the office and waiting rooms and br which again all was a complete F!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is modern and equipped with the latest technology, making every visit smooth and efficient. Dr. Ricardo Chang is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain each step of the treatment process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. My smile has never looked better, and I highly recommend Orthodontist Dr. Chang and staff at Sage Dental to anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care! And not to forget Cassie the hygienist.
