5 /5 Michelle gonzalez: I was very happy with my initial experience with Dr. Pete. He was able to diagnose my condition and quickly resolved the matter. Additionally, he gave me insight with my dental plan and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you! I will return for more dental work.

1 /5 Ariel Olander: I went to the Cypress Lakes office for a Crown and two fillings on November 19th. The two fillings went well but the dentist wasnt able to get me numb enough to finish the crown so they put a temporary on. In the process my jaw locked in place and I couldnt close it. The dentist wasnt able to close either so the oral surgeon had to come in and manually shift my jaw so it could close. I was incredibly sore and was told to come back on the 26th and was assured the numbing would work. I again wasnt able to be numbed/ was feeling sharp pain and sensitivity. The dentist apologized he couldnt get me numb and told me I would be issued a full refund and to basically find another dentist. The office manager was very rude and immediately dismissive, questioning if I was "actually feeling pain" and telling me she couldnt give me a refund receipt and that I should wait two weeks. I still have not received a refund and it has been radio silent since! My jaw still has pain and limited movement as well. Horrible!

1 /5 Benny: I came in for a cleaning appointment and all they did was take XRays and tell me come back. They then said they could not do a cleaning on my teeth. Total waste of time and they are charging my insurance for doing absolutely nothing. Very unhappy with Sage and will not recommend them to anyone, unless your happy paying $200 for them to say they will not clean your teeth

5 /5 Brittany Fanelli: This was the easiest doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had for my son. There was no wait time, the staff was extremely friendly, and the process was super simple. I highly recommend taking your little ones here.

5 /5 B K: I cant say Ive ever truly enjoyed going to the dentist. But when there are some really nice people working in the office, they can actually make it a pleasant experience. At Sage Dental of WPB at Haverhill, I met three wonderful ladies who made my visit a whole lot better. Valerie, Yedi and Bianca are so kind, courteous, and cheerful. Their smiles make you feel welcome. They are very helpful and really good at their jobs. Many thanks to Valerie, Yedi and Bianca. You are terrific!
