From the moment I walked into this office, I knew I was in good hands. The staff and DR. Ducharme go above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting. The environment is calm, modern, and high-tech—everything is immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. It’s not overcrowded or chaotic like many offices can be, which made a huge difference in how relaxed I felt.
What truly stood out was the level of personalized care. They don’t rush you; they take their time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you feel completely comfortable before, during, and after your procedure. During my visit, I was even given a soft blanket to help me relax, and after the procedure, I was sent home with a carefully prepared goodie bag—and the next day after procedure I had a most beautiful Orchid Plant delivered to my home. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients, not just clinically but as people. It is so rare now days.
Every single member of the team was kind, compassionate, and professional. I’ve never felt so well cared for, and I cant recommend them highly enough. If youre looking for an oral surgeon who combines cutting-edge care with genuine human warmth, look no further.
