Lissette Lai-Taull: The owner and sister were super nice, but the owner burnt my hair off. I’m not a hair expert, but my guess is she left the bleach on for too long and literally chunks of hair broke off while she was washing it. It is a “mom and pop shop“ so she was working on two clients simultaneously and I think this is how she lost track of time. I feel bad leaving a bad review, (sorry but not sorry) but the truth is, this wouldn’t have happened to my hair if she gave each of us her undivided attention as it should be. Not only that, but the whole process took over seven (7) hours because she kept going back and forth between the two of us. I had to chop off my hair a few days later as a result of how badly damaged she left it. Never again will I visit this place. I spent over $350 and ended up cutting my long locks to shoulder length. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

Monique: Love Jessika Hatter! She’s been doing my hair (highlights, color, cut, style) for nearly 2 years now and never ceases to amaze me with her skills! She has taken me blonder vs darker with simple toner visits in between! She’s been much more affordable than others I have visited and does such a superior job (compared to the many other stylists I’ve had over my lifetime) in keeping my hair low maintenance. With the way she does it, I somehow don’t mind my highlights growing out, as they do so in a blended fashion! She really does an amazing job and I highly recommend her for anyone! She is a very talented and also creative stylist and I will follow her if she even switches locations ever! :) she is also quick with her hands and efficient so that I can avoid sitting for hours on end when possible. In short, the others do not compare! Highly highly recommend to all!!
