1 /5 REILLY MCINTIRE: Extremely Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with Lisa for yesterday at 8:30am. She did not show for the appointment, and when I called her she said she had forgotten about the appointment and rescheduled me for today at 9am. Today I showed up for my appointment and again, no one came up here. I texted her. Nothing. I called and she picked up the line, then hung up. I called again, and left a voicemail. Today is a Sunday, and no one else is open for walk in or appointments. I have been to this salon one other time, and the experience was fine, but after this run around mess I will not be returning or ever recommending it.

She enjoys what she does and it shows in her attention to detail, both with products and making sure I knew what to expect in the process. She exceeded my expectations of what I thought could be done in a one sitting! I had no idea my hair was so orange until I saw it on the black floor mat. Here’s to a new chapter with my new hair and an amazing hairdresser!

The Moxie Life Studio an Olaplex Salon - Crestview KaSandra Bowden: Wendy took her time and talked to me about what I wanted with my hair, she then made my hair dreams come true! To go from super dark brown to this beautiful sunset coloration took all day, and she made love to my hair the entire day with Olaplex. My hair feels the same, if not better even after lightening for almost two hours!!! And that was AFTER she painstakingly painted a pound, yes, 16oz, of lightener into my hair. I have a ton of hair. And holy moly Im blown away by what she did. I will only be going to Wendy from now on! And she even got me hooked on an amazing product called Olaplex!

Lisa Micheles Salon - Crestview Nikoli M: Lisa is amazing at what she does! I had my hair highlighted with another salon where they left me with pumpkin stripes. Lisa told me it would take about 3 sessions to fix. One session and I was already feeling amazing. Got so many compliments. She also works around my schedule and reminds me when I’m due. I love that!!

Beautiful Creations - Crestview Teresa Barrow: Judy is the best beautician. When my daughter passed away she blessed us so much, then when my husband passed away from Covid last year, she blessed me again. I always leave her hair salon very pleased and shes very reasonable!❤

Nina provides all sorts of services. The facility, stylists’, and technicians’ practices are very clean.

The Cutting Edge - Crestview Megan C: Tina Hively is my go-to stylist. I absolutely adore her! She does beautiful work and is fun to chat with while youre there. Theres never an awkward silence. She always kills it whether I get an all over balayage or just highlights/lowlights. She nails it every time. Also, she actually listens to you regarding your specific hair needs and concerns. She never tries to push what shed rather do and she remembers the small details. I absolutely recommend her if youre looking for a new stylist/colorist.

Next Generation - Crestview Tracy strickland: Had my grandson’s first haircut by Tiffany here and it was a wonderful experience! He sat in the plane while she cut and never fussed! Definitely recommend for children’s haircuts! Very pleased!

SUPERCUTS - Crestview Josh Rix: My haircut was great, but setting an appointment wasn’t. At 9:50am I scheduled a haircut for 10:30am so I could hopefully avoid a long wait. I got there early at 10:21am, told them my appointment time and was told to sit down. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, someone sitting in the back asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t know that she worked there because she just sat waiting the whole time. After I told her my appointment was at 10:30, she said I wasn’t in the system and said I must’ve called the wrong Supercuts. Being polite, I said “oh, maybe that’s why. Let me check my phone”. I confirmed that I called the correct number and location, she said that it was probably for 11:30 because she wouldn’t have scheduled a 10:30. Well, I wouldn’t have scheduled myself to wait over an hour for a haircut. She was overall rude. I tried to be as polite and respectful as I could regardless. I wasn’t even trying to argue, but I received an unwelcome attitude anyway. At least the person that cut my hair apologized for my wait.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color - Crestview T J: ZERO STARS———THERI literally screwed my hair up so bad!!! If anyone wants to see pictures I will submit them!! My hair is orange and splotchy from her painting on the bleach, I always get foils and told her that!! she does not know what she’s doing at all!!!! I literally cried in front of other people in the salon getting their hair done, and showed pics of before and two clients said unbelievable what a horrible job she’s done!!! one lady walked out because THERI was rude to her as well…one worker agreed that Theri should have foiled my hair, and told me it looks bad, Theri is very aggressive and very rude to other workers there. Theri couldn’t even apologize to me while I was crying. All she could say was “I agree it looks awful!!” I’m going to corporate with this.. She owes me $300 I had to get worked in another salon and it’s still not fixed and hair is broken so bad!! STAY AWAY FROM THERI!!!!! I even videoed before I left the salon and have pictures if anyone wants to see the mess!!! So many people tell me she ruined my hair and they say she needs her licenses taken away!!
