Alexa spouts off occasionally, and other times just plays music.// Tom, Luisita, and Barbara do a lovely job with hair color and styling. Missy is a top-notch nail tech. Nina provides all sorts of services. The facility, stylists’, and technicians’ practices are very clean.

A few years ago my hair was falling out. After some research we found I was having a reaction to a process that was used on my hair since I can remember. We stopped everything(straighter, relaxers, color)and focused on healthy hair. Now I am the proud owner of a very healthy head of hair! THANK YOU BARBARA.

Shes been loving her hair and taking pictures of herself ever since getting it cut. Her hair looks so healthy now They even squeezed us in when they were busy. Amazing service and everyone had an amazing attitude 10/10 will recommend.

5 /5 Jennifer D: I had an appointment two doors down at Salon 309, however the stylist was a no-show. I walked in here and, luckily, Barbara was able to get me in immediately for a color. I have to say that the first ladys "no-show" was a blessing in disguise as Barbara took great care of me and did a great job on my hair! She, and the owner, were both extremely pleasant to deal with and made me feel extremely welcome in their shop. I will definitely be back, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great do!

Josh Rix: My haircut was great, but setting an appointment wasn’t. At 9:50am I scheduled a haircut for 10:30am so I could hopefully avoid a long wait. I got there early at 10:21am, told them my appointment time and was told to sit down. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, someone sitting in the back asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t know that she worked there because she just sat waiting the whole time. After I told her my appointment was at 10:30, she said I wasn’t in the system and said I must’ve called the wrong Supercuts. Being polite, I said “oh, maybe that’s why. Let me check my phone”. I confirmed that I called the correct number and location, she said that it was probably for 11:30 because she wouldn’t have scheduled a 10:30. Well, I wouldn’t have scheduled myself to wait over an hour for a haircut. She was overall rude. I tried to be as polite and respectful as I could regardless. I wasn’t even trying to argue, but I received an unwelcome attitude anyway. At least the person that cut my hair apologized for my wait.

T J: ZERO STARS———THERI literally screwed my hair up so bad!!! If anyone wants to see pictures I will submit them!! My hair is orange and splotchy from her painting on the bleach, I always get foils and told her that!! she does not know what she’s doing at all!!!! I literally cried in front of other people in the salon getting their hair done, and showed pics of before and two clients said unbelievable what a horrible job she’s done!!! one lady walked out because THERI was rude to her as well…one worker agreed that Theri should have foiled my hair, and told me it looks bad, Theri is very aggressive and very rude to other workers there. Theri couldn’t even apologize to me while I was crying. All she could say was “I agree it looks awful!!” I’m going to corporate with this.. She owes me $300 I had to get worked in another salon and it’s still not fixed and hair is broken so bad!! STAY AWAY FROM THERI!!!!! I even videoed before I left the salon and have pictures if anyone wants to see the mess!!! So many people tell me she ruined my hair and they say she needs her licenses taken away!!

Ashley Gentry: Horrible haircut on my 2yr old, if you can’t complete the sides or edge him up correctly bc he moves/cries etc then the stylist should just say that instead of the butcher work that was completed. If all you can do is clean the kid up on top communication would have been great and we still would have walked away satisfied. Now it looks like I did my kids haircut with beer goggles on! Come on-let the parent know if it’s going to be impossible to do, if you can’t do it, or if they should wait for a skilled kid stylist.
